  • Apartment located in the Historic Centre of Venice but very convenient to both the train station and the bus station (Piazzale Roma). Rialto Bridge is just a 10-minute walk away. The apartment consists of a living area with living room and kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with bath/shower. Air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher. Upon request 2 additional sleeping places (sofa bed). Maximum capacity 4 people. Check-in from 15:00 to 20:00. Check-in time: 15:00 to 20:00. Late check-in: arrivals between 20:00 and 23:00 include a supplement of €50 to be paid in cash upon arrival. (ID: 027042-LOC-04564).

It was comfortable and well located. The host was very good and arranged to meet us much earlier than the scheduled checkin which was great.

Everything was wonderful - Christiana was so amazing and gave us great recommendations for food, treats and arranged a wonderful private boat tour with Ricky. She is a gem! She was even communicating with me after I left to make sure we got the cookies from Burano. Thanks for making our stay perfect!

Great Location, Fast and Friendly Service

Thanks for a great holiday week. I was happy to have an early check-in option for my luggage, Luca was very helpful setting me up for my stay.

Short trip to Venice

We only had a couple of days in Venice and this was a great location. 8 minute walk to the train station. Great restaurants nearby and a market 2 minutes walk. We would stay here again given the opportunity.

Comfortable apartment with everything you need to feel like you love in Venice. Super quiet. Heat, cooling, hot water, kitchen with dishes ready for cooking. Clothes washer, dishwasher, nice sized full refrigerator and freezer. Windows open wide to fresh air. Great location away from tourist bustle but still with that Venice charm and beauty. Amazing restaurants, even one right across the alley from entrance door. Loved the stay. Would recommend to a friend.

The apartment was clean and in a safe neighborhood. The check in process was not easy. We had to meet the property manager and due to train delays that was botched.

A good place to stay

The apartment was beautiful and very clean. We appreciated the property manager's city recommendations as well as the information booklet. The view is gorgeous and the location is very convenient to the center by a short walk. I loved that there was AC because it was hot! I only deducted one star due to the functionality. There was no WiFi available as the listing claimed, which made planning our trip difficult. Additionally, the stove does not work, nor do the stick lighters, but thankfully there were matches so we were able to light fires (after almost burning fingers!) Overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again if there was internet.
