    We are located in South Venice and WALKING DISTANCE to grocery stores, shopping centers and restaurants.
    You will be within 10 minutes of many beaches: Venice Beach, Caspersen Beach (a lot shark tooth), Manasota Beach and for your furry friend the specially designed Brohard Paw Park Beach. It is also just few minute drive to world famous Sharky's Pier and Venice Jetty know for its great fishing and beautiful sunsets!!!

    We are 25 minutes from Warm Mineral Springs Park which is known for it's 87 degree water and high mineral content. You might also enjoy Sharky's Restaurant with beautiful view , Lemon Bay Park, Legacy Trails, and Downtown Venice, Siesta Key#1 Beach (only 25 min drive) in Sarasota!!!

    SITUATED IN A QUIET NEIGHBOURHOOD, THE HOME IS LOCATED A SHORT DISTANCE FROM SEVERAL ATTRACTIONS INCLUDING A BEAUTIFUL BEACH, SHOPPING, CAFES AND MARKETS, GOLF COURSE AND PARK.

    THE HOME COMFORTABLY SLEEPS 7-8 PEOPLE. IT OFFERS A MASTER BEDROOM WITH A QUEEN BED AND ADJOINING BATHROOM AND EXTRA BUNK BED FOR CHILDREN. SECOND BEDROOM INCLUDES KING BED AND THE THIRD BEDROOM HAS SOFA QUEEN SIZE.

    THE HOME FEATURES A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN (with reverse osmosis water filter), BREAKFAST AREA, DINING SPACE AND SPACIOUS LIVING ROOM. IN THE LIVING ROOM, EQUIPPED WITH A LARGE SMART TV WITH A FREE WIFI INTERNET AND CABLE.

Really appreciated the child safety features for the pool! Warm, welcoming, family friendly house we totally enjoyed. Host thought of everything. The house, outside patio and pool area were all so clean and nicely decorated. Great location with short drive to multiple beaches. We look forward to coming back,

Great house! We stayed 10 days and had a blast. House has tons of stuff for the beach, all the dishes/cookware you need and beach towels for days! These were all a plus for us! Quiet neighborhood and close to lots of great places! We will be back!

We had such a nice time staying here!! Plenty of things to enjoy around Venice and the house was the perfect size for our family of 5! We loved the pool and the porch was the perfect hang out spot. We were sad to leave.

The house was just as described and shown in photos. The hosts were very responsive when we couldn’t figure out the lanai fans and the safety lock on the sliders. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The house location was close to so many beaches. We recommend for sure blind pass beach and Boca Grande beach (sandspur) right next to the light house.Lots of floaties for the pool and the pool was nice and well kept. The bikes and all the sand toys and shark tooth tools was a nice bonus. The beach tent was large and super nice. Would highly recommended booking this property.

Kids loved playing in the heated pool. The set up is great for families outside. We played games on the lanai, watched tv and spent a lot of time swimming.

House is centrally located in Venice in a good area for walking with your dog. There is also close and convenient access to Shamrock Park. Close proximity to beaches. Very clean. Pool and outdoor areas are extremely nice.

Property has everything you need! Very clean and well kept! The pool was super nice! Location was very convenient to restaurants and beaches. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back for future stays! Owners were also very responsive to questions.
