Great time

We had a delightful stay. The location was perfect. Massimo met us at check in and had cookies for us. He also sent us a list of his favorite restaurants and grocery stores.

Schöne, gepflegte Ferienwohnung, in bester Lage. Ruhig, Supermarkt und Bäcker in der Nähe. Sehr netter, hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der einen mit Tipps und Kartenmaterial über Venedig versorgt. Insgesamt toller Aufenthalt, unbedingt zu empfehlen.

Wonderful apartment, host and location

We had a fabulous time and were welcomed warmly by Massimo who told us some great places to eat. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and quiet. The area is so lovely and cool. Everything we wanted for our anniversary stay in Venice.

Great location, lovely host.

This is a lovely apartment in a great location. Close enough to all the wonderful sights of Venice, yet quiet on an evening. Massimo is great, so very helpful. Nothing seems to be too much trouble.

Massimo ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der alles perfekt organisiert hat. Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend um Venedig zu erkunden. Man bekommt auch gute Tips zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Wir hatten drei tolle Tage in Vendig (zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder) und können Wohnung und Vermieter nur empfehlen.

Amazing stay

It’s clear why Massimo is a highly rated host; he was very helpful and was quick to answer any questions we had. He had great recommendations for places to eat and things to do. The apartment is in a great location that’s very near a wonderful square and only a short walk from Rialto. We would gladly stay here again.

Venice at its Best

Our stay in Venice was wonderful. Massimo provided detailed info on how to find apartment and greeted us when we arrived. He gave us info on places to visit, eat and relax. Location was the best and we would definitely stay here again. Wonderful apartment and wonderful host!!

Séjour à Venise - 5 jours - 5 personnes

2 adultes et 3 enfants aux vacances de Pâques. Emplacement idéal pour visiter Venise. Quartier calme, boulangerie à 2min, place San Marco à 12min,quais de départ pour Murano à 5min. Très bon accueil du propriétaire Massimo. C’était parfait.

Perfect Location and Perfect Host

This spacious and well-equipped apartment is in a great location with main transportation and excellent restaurants and gelato nearby. Massimo, the host, goes above and beyond to make you feel at home, communicates well, makes reservations for you, and helped us arrange a taxi to bring us close to the apartment so my mother didn’t have to walk far. Would highly recommend staying here!

etwas abseits der großen Touristenstraßen liegt die charmante Wohnung, die sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Alles was man braucht, ist da und Massimo reagiert umgehend auf alle Fragen. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder nehmen.

Good location and confortable flat

We were really well welcome by Massimo, the landlord. He gave us many tips about Venice and a map with the monuments to visit. The apartment is very well located in a quiet area 7 minutes from Saint Mark's Square.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Wir waren als Familie (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (9 und 12 Jahre)) 4 Tage in Venedig und können diese Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen. Es ist alles da was man benötigt. Einkaufmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind um die Ecke. Der Vermieter ist super nett, hilfsbereit und kommunikativ.

Die Unterkunft ist super. Man ist innerhalb von 10-15 minuten bei den Sehenswürdigkeit und ist trotz alledem in einem ruhigen Stadtteil.Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet es gibt 1 Doppelbett, 2 Einzelbetten und eine ausziehbare Couch auf der auch 2 Personen schlafen können.Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet und sogar öl, rssig, salz, zucker, tee, kaffee,.. sind vorhanden. Zudem gibt es eine Waschmaschine in der Küche Waschmittel und Wäscheständer.Ich würde jederzeit wieder diese wohnung mieten.

Notre hôte Massimo nous a super bien accueilli , la Ca’ Valeria est confortable, décorée avec goût et élégance, et tout est très fonctionnel ! La qualité de notre séjour est en grande partie liée à la gentillesse et aux conseils de notre hôte : il nous a indiqué les bonnes adresses pour profiter au mieux de nos vacances. Absolutely amazing in every way.

Massimo was an excellent host. He communicated with us an was available at all times. Helped us with luggage issues. Property is in residential area, no tourists. Recommend this property and Massimo 100%.

Fantastic location amazing apartment excellent host

We were surprised with the modernness of the apartment and how well stocked it was. Massimo met us late one evening because our train was late and he gave us a warm welcome and a lot of information. He was very responsive and his restaurant recommendations were fantastic! The location was excellent. The heat worked very well. We would stay again and highly recommend this apartment.

Exceptional!

This is an exceptional property with a wonderful host. It's much larger than it appears in the photos, clean, and well-equipped. We found the universal power adapter particularly helpful and we've never seen that before in any rental accommodation. Terrific friendly and helpful host to greet us too. Excellent communication and very patient with my phone issues. Highly recommended, in a great location in Venice.

Excellent choice

We loved staying in a less touristic neighbourhood. The apt is opposite a school and there are evening classes in the gym - it's a community hub. The bakery is yards from the door and the Co-op isn't far away. Massimo lives in another apt in the property and is an absolute mine of information - his family are Venetians of many generations. We're already looking forward to returning,
