Location Location
Beautifully appointed apartment overlooking canal in one of the best areas of Venice. So nice to be able to relax in your own apartment with all modern furnishings that you could ask for. Busy enough but away from main hustle . Restaurants around and shopping . Great 20 min walk to San Marc’s Piazza through the many winding alleyways.

Loved this Apartment !!
This was my second stay in this lovely apartment. I very much like the view from the windows, overlooking the canal. In the morning it’s interesting to look at the everyday life at the canal. We had a little problem with the warm water boiler, but Giovanna did everything she could, and fixed it the next day. Giovanna was easy to contact on WhatsApp. My only complain was that the mattresses in the beds were a bit too firm for me. It could easily be fixed by a thin over mattress, by the owner. Thank you for a lovely stay !!

Excellent location
The property is well located nearby to popular wine bars and restaurants. It has all the facilities you would need, and they are modern and well maintained. It is a 10/15 minute walk to the Rialto and St Marks Square, depending on how much time you spend taking in the sights on the way. Giovanna was a most helpful host.

Lovely appartment
Lovely, well equipped & clean appartment in a good location for exploring Venice. Very helpful host. Less than 10 minute walk from Madonna Dell’Orto vaporetto stop (on orange vaporetto line from airport). Lots of good restaurants & supermarket very near by. Would definitely stay here again!

Karneval in Venedig
Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gefallen, Lage, Ambiente alles super. Giovanna war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Hat uns sehr lieb am Sonntag empfangen und wir haben die Woche sehr genossen. Alles wie beschrieben in der Wohnung vorhanden und sehr gemütlich - viel Platz. Wir benötigten ihn zum Anziehen von unseren Kostümen.

Perfect spot
The welcome was warm and helpful and the property was spotlessly clean, well equipped and comfortable. The area is wonderful with local bars, restaurants and shops nearby but all away from the crowds. The waterbus stop from the ajrport is only 5 minutes walk and there is automated baggage storage nearby if you have hours to kill before your flight home. Giovanna is a welcoming and helpful host. I hope to see her again!

A gem of an apartment
We loved staying here! The apartment in an historic building with a view of the canal was clean, easy to get to. It was warm and spacious and had a lovely bathroom and very comfortable beds! The host Giovanna was so friendly and accommodating! Look no further if you want to come to Venice and live like a local!

It is just perfect!
Where do I start? The location was perfect. The apartment was perfect. Giovanna was the ultimate host. She greeted us at the apartment, gave us a run down of the place, got us oriented to Venice and provided a map. The kitchen was extremely well appointed, the washing machine was great, lots of hot water and the whole flat was so beautifully appointed. We cannot say enough about how great the place was. Thank you Giovanna!

Wohlfühlen pur
Es war einfach nur zum wohlfühlen. Giovanna die Vermieterin sehr nett und unkompliziert, wunderbare Kombi des Hauses und der Wohnung von Antik bis modern. Cannaregio herrliches Viertel, lebhaft und doch nicht so überlaufen. Sehr nette venezianische Nachbarn, alles in der Nähe. Super!!

Wunderbar
Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, für unvergessliche Tage in Venedig, die wir sehr genossen haben. Die Gastgeberin Giovanna ist super nett, hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar. Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal. Zum gut sortierten Supermarkt, der sehenswert ist (in einem alten Theater), ist es nicht weit, diverse Vaporetto Stationen sind in 10 Min zu erreichen und der Markusplatz in 25 Minuten. Die Wohnung selbst ist genau wie auf den Bildern: modern, super sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, um sich selbst zu verpflegen. Zu erwähnen ist nur, dass direkt neben der Wohnung ein sehr beliebtes Restaurant ist, das um 18:00 öffnet und dann wir es ein wenig trubelig - Italien feeling pur. Ich kann die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Perfect Flat for Venice!
Excellent flat right on the canal in a less touristy area. Many restaurants right out the front door and a few grocery stores very close by. We stayed for 25 days and was perfect to relax in after days of sightseeing. The flat has everything you need and the air conditioners in both the living room and bedroom were much appreciated in the hot, humid summer days. Would absolutely stay again!

A 4 Day Weekend in Venice
We were returning visitors to Venice, so had some idea of what we wanted. This apartment was really lovely and extremely well located. Downsstairs there were many eating and drinking places to choose from. The canal the apartment is on is quiet, but still has a liveliness and a nice vibe to it. The apartment is well located for access to Vaporetto stops. We LOVED it and would definitely stay there again. There were 3 of us in the 2 bedroom apartment and we had plenty of room. The apartment has good kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities, which makes life much easier when you are travelling. We would highly recommend it!

Great place to stay in Venice!
We loved the location of this property. It is away from the crazy tourist area. There are lovely restaurants right nearby. We were greeted personally when we arrived and provided with lots of information about what to do in the area.

Appartement très confortable et bien situé
Un appartement très moderne dans un ancien palacio. bien équipé , bien décoré , lumineux et confortable . Il est merveilleusement situé dans le quartier de Cannaregio. A Great Location
We really appreciated being in Cannaregio, out of the main tourist areas but near everything including good non-touristy restaurants. The apartment owner, Giovanna, went out of her way to help us with our luggage the last night of our stay -- she's the best!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, schöner Mix zwischen modern und antiken Accessoires. Bett bequem, Sofa auch. Schönes Bad. Direkt vorm Hauseingang nette Bars, angenehm lebendig, nur wenige Häuser weiter ein Bio-Bäcker. Würden sofort wieder buchen👍

Das Appartment ist einfach perfekt - ein einziger Wermutstropfen, der allerdings in (fast) allen italienischen Unterkünften zu finden ist - es gibt im Doppelbett nur eine Decke für 2 Personen - schlechtes Schlafen ist damit vorprogrammiert. Wir kennen niemanden, der das mag - es ist erstaunlich dass Italien daran eisern festhält...

A perfect location in Venice
We very much enjoyed our stay at Casa Michiel. The apartment looks out over a canal and lively sidewalk. Staying here, you almost feel like you are part of the neighborhood. It is a short walk to the vaporetto that takes you to the islands and all the “sites”. Great restaurants are mere steps away. I look forward to returning.

Fantastic apartment in great neighborhood.
This is an amazing apartment in a great neighborhood. 15 minute walk to St Marks. Loved local places like Anice Stellato & Torrefazione Cannaregio. We would definitely stay here again.

Gemütliche Wohnung in toller Lage
Sehr schöne, geräumige Wohnung mit gemütlicher, zweckmäßiger Einrichtung. Direkt am Rio della Misericordia, zahlreiche Gaststätten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür. Giovanni hat uns sehr freundlich und unkompliziert empfangen. Alles bestens, wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.

Fabulous home away from home
Great welcome by Giovanna, she met us at the apartment as arranged. Easy walk from the bus. Always a cosy and warm home to retreat to on the crispy cold days. We found it spacious and well equipped. Having the second room allowed us to unpack and spread out our belongings over the week we stayed there. Heating perfect. Loved having natural light filtering into the living area and a view over the canal. It is situated on a buzzy street with all the little quirky cafes, restaurants and wine bars. Don’t need to travel far when hungry or thirsty. When in bed, it was very very quiet and dark. Loved loved our stay in Venice and getting lost every day 😊 Highly recommend.

Viva Cannaregio!
Dieses sehr gepflegte Appartement ist geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Lage direkt am Kanal, umgeben von Restaurants und Cafés ist phantastisch! Apparemment très agréable
Situé dans une zone animée mais non envahie de touristes, cet appartement spacieux est très agréable, car le mobilier, la déco sont plutôt contemporains. Généralement, les appartements vénitiens sont un peu chargé ou désuets. L’accueil est spécialement sympathique. Je recommande.

Pleasant home to stay

Im wahren Venedig
Direkt an der Fondamenta Misericordia, einer der nettesten Straßen in Venedig, gelegen, finden sich in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft zahlreiche Restaurants und Cafés abseits der Touristenströme. Das Viertel ist lebhaft, aber wenig touristisch. Die Haupteinkaufsstraße, sowie das jüdische Viertel sind dennoch nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Bis zur Rialtobrücke ist es auch nicht weit. Die Wohnung ist hell, großzügig und gut eingerichtet. Giovanna hat uns dort erwartet und war immer erreichbar. Alles uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.
