We loved our stay so much. The place was immaculate, stylish and the location was perfect. So close to Rialto bridge. 100% stay there again. We had the best view of the canal with gondolas going past which gave a lovely experience. We had a lot of communication and a lovely guy Lucas came and met us at Rialto to take us to the apartment. Had the best time. Thanks.

Marco, our concierge, was excellent. Very polite, spoke excellent English, was on time, and very responsive to our texts and questions. Annalise and Marta, our email contacts, were equally so.Tha apartment was also great. The picture window in the living room looked straight out on the intersection of two canals and a bridge, where many gondolas and other boats passed by so close that we could wave to them from the sofa and they would wave back. The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms were all beautifully setup and clean. The apartment was right in the middle of Venice.

Amazing location. Close to everything. Beautiful apartment with superb views! Property management was extremely helpful from the moment we booked until the moment we checked out. Met us at the water taxi and led us to the property. Even helped with the luggage.

Apartment with canal view

This was an amazing stay, and the team managing the rental was absolutely excellent. Great communication, very helpful. The apartment and building were in immaculate condition, and would very happily come to stay again, and recommend to friends and family!

Beautiful location, wonderful apartment.

Our stay in Venice was wonderful. This apartment is in a great location, easy to walk anywhere. Canal view is amazing. Rainy night, bottle of wine and fantastic view! Check in was easy, helped us with a water taxi. Highly recommend this place. Traveled with two early twenty boys and my sister--we all loved this place and Venice!

Beautiful apartment

Just as pictured. Beautiful views and clean. Friendly staff that were very accommodating and communicative during the entire process. Appreciated the assistance with booking transport to and from train station and airport.

Awesome canal view!

Place was nice. Bathrooms were nice and worked well. Kitchen was not stocked very well but I guess most people don’t cook in Venice. We do cook breakfast at most places. Looks just like the pictures on VBRO. we enjoyed our stay here. They sent someone to lead us to where the place is. Venice can be confusing to maneuver so it was a good thing. Just some added information. The extra Venice city tax will be added when you get there. It’s $40 per night per guest charge that they will collect up front. We didn’t realize this til we got there but it is Venice. All in all we enjoyed our stay here.

Beautiful, Comfortable, Secure Property- Great Lication

This was our first stay in Venice. We thoughorly enjoyed staying at this lovely property- great view out of the big window in the main room… comfy beds, great water pressure for showers, really close to everything… shopping, eating, St. Mark’s Square, the fish market, the Rialto Btidge/ Grand Canal etc. We loved it!!

Great location.

Recenty renovated, Luka the property manager was great, perfect location central to everything, great spot to see the inner workings of the canal as all types of boats float by picking up and dropping off supplies, tourists etc. I would recommend this place.

Amazing views

What a gem this place is! Every step of the way, they were great. They answered all of our questions, helped us secure transportation, met us when we arrived, and weee incredibly responsive to a request. The view is amazing! My kids said the water pressure was the best of any pls ever stayed o our trip. Just a note… there are low ceiling beams in parts of the apartment. We’re a tall bunch so it might not matter for most. Also, the wi-fi can be a bit spotty. We LOVED our stay and already recommended it to friends who are traveling in April. It is a rare find!

Great apartment

Beautiful view, clean apartment, stylish, great location for walking, comfy beds, great water pressure in showers, fluffy large towels. Hosts are very communicative and helpful and check in was smooth. To be aware - wifi weak in bedrooms and requires re-logging in to router every few minutes. Depending on neighbors, you may hear others overhead through the night, as well as service barges on the canal beeping and revving engines outside your windows starting at 7am. Overall would recommend.

A special property, but be warned...

Beautiful and unique property, right at canal level. Surprisingly quiet, even at a busy t-junction with gondolas throughout the day. Which is spectacular. Free laundry on the propety is a plus. Location is 5 stars. This property would be an easy overall 5 star but for one, very unfortunate event. Our backpack was stolen during the transfer between airport taxi and a private water taxi that was arranged by the property. For all the 5 star perfect characteristics of the apartment, our stay was tarnished by what happend the first night during check-in. Sure, it could have been completely coincidental, which we want to believe. But at the very least, the people that were hired to take us and our belongings safely to the apartment, was sadly unreliable and perhaps criminal. We were not given the code to enter our apartment until practically at the door, so our faces were at our phones during the entire transfer from airport taxi to the water taxi. Maybe a random person took advantage of the two individuals that were responsible and hired by the apartment but we can also easily also explain what happened to our bag with by connecting the dots. Just be warned. We made through the ordeal but our 3 day venice stay had a dark cloud over it, even at a womdeful property. We give it a 4 star experience.

Absolutely awesome. It was so fun having a glass of wine and watching the gondolas go right by the large window. Gorgeous old rustic and simple contemporary interior with beautiful lighting at night! Great location. About a 5 minute walk to the Rialto bridge and water taxis and airport ferry and about a 10 minute walk to St. Marks Square.

Beautiful modern apartment near Rialto Bridge.

What a special apartment! Our family of four had an amazing time at this beautiful and modern property. I only wish we had more time just enjoy the view outside the huge window looking onto the canal. Analisa, Marta and Caterina were amazing with communicating with us and making sure we had everything we needed. They even arranged our private taxi to the airport. We will definitely be returning next year.

Lovely spot

This apartment is lovely and has an amazing view of the canals. It is well-located and convenient to many sights, restaurants, shopping, etc. It seems to be brand new and has all of the modern amenities that you would want. It's a very comfortable spot with a unique view at water level. I don't believe many other guests have stayed here, so they haven't quite worked out all the kinks (e.g., they provide amenities like shampoo and conditioner, but no soap for handwashing; coffee, but no coffee maker :)), but I'm sure that's just a matter of time and taking feedback from actual guests. Overall, we would highly recommend it.

Loved our stay

The apartment is beautiful. New, clean and very well appointed. Conveniently located for easy walking all over Venice. We loved to sit in the living and watch the gandolas go by! Our only complaint is we didn’t stay longer! Excellent! Wouldn’t definitely stay again!
