  • Fabuloso estudio de diseño de unos 40 metros cuadrados ubicado en el tercer piso de un edificio histórico en una de las zonas más céntricas, prestigiosas y al mismo tiempo características de la ciudad, a solo 5 minutos a pie de la estación de tren. La naturaleza excepcional de la ubicación está dada por el hecho de que, a pesar de estar en una zona muy céntrica y muy animada, cerca de las principales atracciones turísticas, la casa se encuentra en una posición que le permite vivir una experiencia verdaderamente local y veneciana en todos los aspectos .
    Nuestro alojamiento tiene una sala de estar con un rincón de relajación y un comedor, una cocina abierta y un área para dormir con una cama doble.
    Cocina totalmente equipada con estufa, horno, refrigerador, hervidor eléctrico, platos, cubiertos, tazas, vasos y utensilios de cocina.
    Baño con ducha y bidet.
    Amplia terraza para uso en condominio en el sexto piso (paso a través del ático con techos bajos y escaleras empinadas para hacer).
    También hay un elevador de carga que se puede utilizar como ascensor máximo para 2 personas.
    Otros servicios a disposición de los huéspedes: aire acondicionado (1 split), calefacción independiente, TV, perchero, secador de pelo.

    Acceso de invitado
    El apartamento es para uso exclusivo de los huéspedes.

    Otras cosas a destacar
    1) En el momento del check-in, necesitaremos registrar los datos de cada huésped con el único propósito de la ley, por lo tanto, le pediremos que muestre un documento en curso de validez.

    2) Tenga en cuenta que el horario de check-in siempre debe acordarse directamente con la estructura y se espera un suplemento de la siguiente manera: de 20:00 a 22:00 >> 40 euros, de 22:00 a 24: 00 >> 60 euros

    3) El impuesto turístico no está incluido en el precio, debe pagarse en el lugar en efectivo 4 € por persona por día durante los primeros 5 días. Los niños de 0 a 9 años están exentos, los niños de 10 a 16 años tienen una reducción de impuestos del 50%

Excellent location and great tips from the host about the area. We found the mattress to be rather thin and lumpy but that is our only complaint, everything else was perfect!

Great, responsive host! Unfortunately the water in the shower was not hot so we had to turn on the tap in the bathroom and run it for the shower to heat up. The room was large and had a kitchen so we were able to cook! Pack light as it is on the 3rd floor so a bit of a trek to get to! Overall a nice place to stay in the heart of Venice!

Intimate place.

Great location close to bus/water bus/ train station. Grosery store short walk away. Lots of good restaurants. Enjoyed it a lot. Would stay again.

Ideal location, lovely Venetian apartment, good communication. However, it was up a few flights of stairs so not for physically impaired. Not allowed to eat or drink in the terrace which was a bit weird! And shower was either scalding hot or freezing cold. Would we use it again, yes. It is exactly as described and in a lovely area.

This place is wonderful for a stay in Venice. Very charming and comfortable. It's away from the most heavily touristed area so a more relaxed feel when you step outside. Very close to stop on the water taxi route from the airport. Lots of restaurants and shops steps from the entrance. It needs more and better bed pillows and a bath mat, but otherwise perfect. I would choose it again!

As described! Very Venetian decor. Lovely views out the windows, and everything you need in the kitchen. It’s on the third floor but the stone stairs remind you that so much has come before you in this building.The location is an easy walk from the train station, and in a prime location for taking the main streets through the city, or wandering thru the smaller streets of Caravaggio. Cristiana was very accommodating and helped us with everything we needed. She took the time to know our interests and make good suggestions. We highly recommend!

Loved the location. It was a charming apartment in Venice. I would recommend a new mattress and updating the online listing with the correct address/location. Communication was difficult at first, as it was my first time using what’s app. Our host was wonderful after meeting her and she sent us several recommendations for Restaurants, Luggage Storage and Water Taxi Schedules which was helpful.

Tolle Lage, Wohnung OK

Unser Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war gut. Die Lage ist prima, gut vom Bahnhof aus zu Fuß zu erreichen. Vaporetto-Station ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und es gibt direkt in der Nähe gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viele Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist etwas überladen und dunkel eingerichtet, könnte hübscher sein, ohne den ganzen Dekokram. Das Bett ist bequem, leider war für jeden nur ein Kissen vorhanden. Etwas teuer für die Ausstattung.Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich zu uns gewesen und war sofort ansprechbar, wenn wir versucht haben sie zu kontaktieren.

The location of this property is great. It is only 2 min walk from the Guglie orange Alilaguna line stop from the airport, and 7 min walk from the Sta Lucia train station, accordingly it is easy to reach a ACTV vaporetto station. Much more fun though to walk up the lively street the apartement is located on to experience Venice at its fullest. Shops, restaurants, a small market and super markets are all within easy walking distance, including the Spar market located in a fancy old theater. The only drawback is the daytime honking of the vaporetto at each other to warn the oncoming traffic. However the view down the canal is worth it. The appartement is charming and warm. It is truly only equipped for two people when it comes to dishes, especially cups, which is fine if you do your dishes right away. The chairs are quite wiggley, be careful. Be prepared to climb stairs to get up to the appartement, and even higher to a fun little terasse, that would be even more fun with a small bistro table and chairs on it, which it is lacking. The host is very responsive and helpful. If you are looking for a place that makes you feel like you truly live in Venezia, this is for you.
