The apartment was a perfect size for our family. The location is great, quiet with easy access to shops, restaurants and the water taxi. We totally enjoyed our stay.

Great stay in Venice

Convenient location made it easy to walk to everything including sites and water bus. The outdoor space had an amazing canal view. Clean with great check in/out instructions.

The flat was close to points of interest and restaurants. The terrace was amazing. We enjoyed watching the gondolas float by.

Great Location and Space.

The directions to the property seemed a little daunting at first but if you follow the provided directions it was easy to find. The apartment was centrally located and secure. There was plenty of space for two people. It was also clean and well kept. Overall we would recommend this place and would stay there again.

Perfect location, very quiet. Sparse amenities (plan on bringing soap, shampoo and toilet paper), quirky appliances, and lots of rules, but overall pleasant stay.

Great location down one of the narrow alleys of Venice. We watched gondolas go by from the terrace and had easy walking access to St. Mark's Square and the S. Zaccaria vaporetto stop. Would stay again.

Nice place, stairs to upstairs bedrooms. Bathrooms were a little cramped but not unusual for location.

Great location

This little place is very sweet, loved the square that it was close to, plenty of food choices and cute shops. One note - The apartment itself is dark inside so owner could possibly provide more lighting . Otherwise great place!

Great location

We greatly enjoyed our days in Venice and the property was spacious and unique. The location is perfect spot to explore and eat fantastic Venetian food. The vaporetto stop is very quick spot to the location and our family of 5 with three tall sons has plenty of room. Grazie

Perfect location

Close to the square and great little eating spots all around. Try the opera at Musica a Palazzo. We used a water taxi back and forth from the airport, which we preorder, and was a nice touch. Get up and go to see St Marcs and you do not have to pay $100 for the tour. Thank you for the nice stay.

Live like a Venetian

This property was perfect for two adult couples. The location is spectacular, just minutes walk to San Marco, water taxi, shopping, etc. but is on a side street, which is quiet and provides for a reprieve from bustling Venice. Several exceptional restaurants are less than 50 to 100 meters outside the front door. The apartment is well appointed with kitchen essentials and very comfortable beds. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

All the Amenities

Two couples shared this apt for two nights, and despite the two twins in one room, it was fabulous. The living space is large, the washing machine is key two weeks into our travels, and the location is perfect to all attractions and taxis. We loved the outdoor terrace and used it nightly as it is a main canal for the gondolas and entertainment was provided (see video). The restaurant on the corner (Antica Osteria Ai Tre Leoni) is incredible food and service. We loved this spot!

We really liked the location of the property. It was a beautiful apartment. One drawback is that all communication Was via WhatsApp or email. It would have been better to have someone meet us at check in.

Lovely apartment!

We four friends had a lovely stay in the perfectly located apartment. We had a little difficulty finding the lockbox when first checking in (we tried the one on the door rather than the one to the right of the door, tucked behind the fern.) Nevertheless, the roomy and comfortable apartment was tucked nicely on a quiet street conveniently located near San Marco Square. We would definitely recommend the apartment.

Comfortable and great location

The apartment was comfortable, spacious, and a great location for the price. Sofa sleeper was easy to use and slept well. The stairs were loud so we could not quietly use the bathroom in the middle of the night. On our last day, the shower leaked and ran through the ceiling onto the living to floor.
