Good location but that's about it

Great location but the apartment was horrible. A/C was leaking, shower was pooling, other shower door was broken and wouldn't open, place smelled like stale cigarette smoke but was a non-smoking property. The unit lacked any ambience and felt cold and uninviting. Random guy claiming to be a neighbour asked us for money to get his key fixed. It was overall not a good experience in Venice at all, apart from the central location with good restaurants around the area was the only thing that made our visit bearable.

Nice apartment near St. Marks Square

The property itself is nice and comfortable, though one bedroom does not have an air conditioning vent, you have to leave the door open to get benefit of the A/C that's above the stairway. You have to walk up two flights of stairs to get to the apartment, so that's a consideration. The instructions to find the apartment were not clear, so we were lost for about 15 minutes until we found the correct turn. Also, I hadn't printed out the PDF that was sent a few days in advance, as we were already traveling, so the instructions for what to do with the garbage on Sundays took a few days of emails before getting a response. Other than that, the apartment was clean and comfortable. Our teens slept on the couches in the living room, with the four adults in the 2 bedrooms. There were enough towels and linens.

We survived

The showers and bathroom sinks were backed up. Showered in ankle deep water. The management stated they would resolve; however, after our departure. (We were there two nights)Mold in the shower. One air conditioner unit to cool the entire apartment. It was miserably hot. No elevator. My fault- should have noticed. Steps are tall and steep. Bed headboard and footboard is far too large for the bedroom. We each had to wack our knees at least once.
Mold. Took video of water standing in shower. Unfortunately can’t add.
One air conditioner unit. Air had to take a 90 degree turn to reach primary bedroom.
More of mold. Yuck.

Great Location and Space.

The directions to the property seemed a little daunting at first but if you follow the provided directions it was easy to find. The apartment was centrally located and secure. There was plenty of space for two people. It was also clean and well kept. Overall we would recommend this place and would stay there again.

Comfortable and great location

The apartment was comfortable, spacious, and a great location for the price. Sofa sleeper was easy to use and slept well. The stairs were loud so we could not quietly use the bathroom in the middle of the night. On our last day, the shower leaked and ran through the ceiling onto the living to floor.

Besoin de nettoyage et agence qui répond !

Avant d'y arriver wonderful Italie à submergé ma boîte mails de beaux messages qu'ils étaient là pour nous, en fait c'est que des mails vide de leurs sens car personne ne répond sauf quand j'ai laissé un message disant que les clés allait être déposé sur la table, comme par magie j'ai reçu un message immédiat et en plus en français !!!, je ne recommande pas cette location et j'espère que le propriétaire sera informé

This is a great condo for a family of four. The location is perfect. We watched the gondolas go by on the shared balcony. Fur summertime guests it is important to note the one bedroom does not have air conditioning. The notes about hitting your shins on the beds is true. But they are really cool design.

Terrible, endroit insalubre

Nous avons séjourné durant 2 nuits. L'hôte a essayé de me frauder 80 euro pour un montant de taxes deja payées. Maison ultra sale ( photos à l'appuie).Il y a de la mousisure et de la poussière partout. Le poêle était non fonctionnelle et aucun congélateur.

Perfect location

Close to the square and great little eating spots all around. Try the opera at Musica a Palazzo. We used a water taxi back and forth from the airport, which we preorder, and was a nice touch. Get up and go to see St Marcs and you do not have to pay $100 for the tour. Thank you for the nice stay.

Great location

This little place is very sweet, loved the square that it was close to, plenty of food choices and cute shops. One note - The apartment itself is dark inside so owner could possibly provide more lighting . Otherwise great place!

Live like a Venetian

This property was perfect for two adult couples. The location is spectacular, just minutes walk to San Marco, water taxi, shopping, etc. but is on a side street, which is quiet and provides for a reprieve from bustling Venice. Several exceptional restaurants are less than 50 to 100 meters outside the front door. The apartment is well appointed with kitchen essentials and very comfortable beds. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

Fabulous Location & Property

Husband & I spent 3 nights here. Location and property both great and unit well equipped. The shared terrace is an added bonus. We took a glass of wine and went and sat out there all three nights. Loved it. The only 2 mentions would be: 1) main bedroom bed was SUPER comfortable but the bed frame (footboard) is simply too large for the room. We both bumped our knees almost every single time we tried to navigate the room. It’s a beautiful bed but just needs to be either reconfigured in the room or swapped out for something smaller. 2) One of the main reasons we booked this property is because it was 1st floor. We’ve been to Italy several times and if a property doesn’t have a lift it’s gruelling hiking up & down stairs either with luggage or after a day walking around sightseeing. I expected maybe 10 stairs to get to the “first floor” but it was 33 steps from when you entered the building to the unit. (There was less steps getting to the shared terrace). Lovely property overall and would definitely recommend

Appartment well located but needs some attention

Positives: The appartment is centrally located and peaceful. The self-check-in was easy enough and the management agency is responsive, nice, and helpful. There is also a common patio overlooking one of the side lagoons where you can lounge with a glass of wine and some appetizers overlooking the gondolas- That was AMAZING! Things that could be improved: Appartment needs a little care: the guest shower's door was not working right, the main shower had some black deposit, the couch was looking tired, the brass plate on the front door was falling off... ALSO There was very little dish product, no paper towels or dish towels but there was a dishwasher... No decent knives. When we rent condos, we want to be able to cook and not have to go out to eat for every single meal. To note: There are a few sets of stairs to get to it but most of the places in Europe do. Overall decent experience and if those few things were to be changed/fixed, it would be a fantastic place!
