  • Gorgeous and bright house with large kitchen, living room, work space and cozy bedrooms; large terrace and backyard with pool and barbecue area, located in a quiet neighborhood with nature and 5 minute from the beach and Manasota Key. Very good situation also for shops and restaurants. The place is pet friendly, near the paw park beach and natural parks.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is cute, clean and close to everything. We also enjoyed the pool. We definitely will stay again if we come back to Venice.

We liked the house very much. It is close to the beach! Everything was clean and we enjoyed the little private pool. Excellent communication with the host. The AC was a bit challenging. It was difficult to get it really cold throughout the whole place but we made it work. Great neighborhood also.

The home was beautiful. Very large with plenty of space. Pool was awesome. Very clean when we arrived. Communication was awesome. Price was great. Would definitely come back.

We really enjoyed our week at this lovely home. My husband loved the huge TV. Beautiful clean home in quiet neighborhood. Thanks Carmen! Home just as described. Pool was wonderful. 3 minutes away from beach. I’m probably the only person who didn’t find a shark’s tooth. The evening sunsets were stunning.

Place was very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Pool was lovely and house had everything we needed. Carmen was great and very quick to respond.

Loved that the host allowed multiple pets! Host was very responsive to our texts when we needed her. We felt the place was a little high priced, but liked that almost everything you needed was provided. If I could have changed a few things about it, I would have liked the dishes/cooking ware to be more clean, and the guest bedroom mattress to be replaced, as you fell into the middle while sleeping.

We had a great time. The house was comfortable. The yard was fenced which made it easy to have my dog outside with me. We loved the patio and pool. Location was perfect— quiet neighborhood but close to everything.

The house was very clean, stocked with all of the things you need to be comfortable for a family vacation. The pool is nice but it was too cold to use when we stayed. The location is great as it's maybe a 3 minute drive to the nearest public beach. It's a great location between Venice and Englewood and gives you lots of options to visit/eat/play! The house shares a space (like a duplex) so there are neighbors close by - we could not hear them and didn't notice them at all. The host was kind and fairly responsive.

Property was clean and just like the pictures posted. We enjoyed the patio and grill area and used it often. Many consumable items were included which was so nice (dish soap, tp, dishwasher soap etc). I needed to contact property owner regarding other renters next door using the pool, and she responded quickly that the pool and patio was exclusively ours. The bedroom(s) and bathroom layout is a little different (master is accessed via the bathroom or the other bedroom), but is doable. I would rent there again!

The kitchen was very well equipped for a simple quick meal, or for a full family dinner. More spacious than I expected, very quiet neighborhood, easy access to restaurants and beautiful beaches. Pool is all to yourself!

Check in was great Description says “house”but found out someone was also renting the upstairs. Pool pump was extremely loud/broken Finally got fixed day before I left. Few other issues that were taken care of I will say that at the end of this fiasco I did get refunded some of my money back

My family enjoyed the stay and the house. They also accommodated our 3 dogs. I would stay here again.
