This magnificent apartment, completely renovated, located in the heart of Venetian life in one of the most beautiful and largest in Venice - Campo di Santa Maria Formosa, is ideal for any type of traveler, but especially for families with children. For our little guests a stroller is available, a cot with side rails, a table seat, 2 bed rails). It is 800 meters from Piazza San Marco.

The Artist's House is a spacious and light-filled apartment. Equipped with every comfort to spend the vacation of your dreams. The apartment is divided into the following areas: 1 large living room with relax area (convertible into a bedroom with two single beds) and dining area, 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with single bed, 1 equipped and modern kitchen with oven electric, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, cutlery, pots and various kitchen utensils; 1 bathroom with shower.

Throughout the apartment: adjustable heating, air conditioning, wi-fi connection.

At our guests' disposal the whole house and the internal courtyard to enjoy your breakfasts or aperitifs in total tranquility.

IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENT

Upon arrival you will be asked for the identification documents of all guests in order to register your data as required by law.



CITY TAX

The tourist tax must be paid at the beginning of the stay in cash.



LATE CHECK-IN

In case of late check-in after 20.00 a late check-in fee applies:

EUR 20 for check-in after 20.00

EUR 40 for check-in after 22.00

EUR 50 for check-in after midnight.
