Joat 2 - Spacious Houseboat Sleeps 9-12

  • Disfruta de una de las casas flotantes más NUEVAS en Venice Marina. Ubicado en el muelle 'C' en el puerto deportivo de Venecia. Está situado para acomodar barcos a lo largo del extremo y el costado de la casa. Nuestros alojamientos ofrecen 9 camas en una configuración de 3 dormitorios / 1 baño. Decidimos utilizar literas "familiares" en toda la casa. 1 dormitorio tiene 2 camas individuales. 2 dormitorios con 3 camas individuales y 1 cama de matrimonio. 3 dormitorios con 1 cama individual y 1 cama de matrimonio. El salón tiene un sofá cama queen size. Toda la casa puede dormir de 9 a 12 personas.

    Disfrutará de la gran televisión de pantalla plana ubicada en la sala de estar equipada con Direct TV. La sala de estar y la gran cocina funcional proporcionan un concepto abierto para que los huéspedes visiten mientras ven televisión, cenan y preparan comidas en la cocina totalmente amueblada.

    Disfruta de la gran terraza de 20 x 20. La propiedad tiene una parrilla ubicada en la cubierta para uso de nuestros huéspedes. También hay una conveniente estación de limpieza de pescado. La casa también está equipada con una freidora de pescado para la pesca del día.

    TAMBIÉN TENEMOS OTRA CASA DISPONIBLE SIGUIENTE PUERTA SI NECESITA ESPACIO ADICIONAL.

The inside of the houseboat was perfectly fine. Beds were comfortable. It was clean. There's no covered porch to sit under or table out there to eat at. The fish fryer is nasty inside and has no gas bottle.

Great Stay

We had a great time on the Joat 2. The place was clean and comfortable and we had plenty of room to tie up our boat. Would definitely stay again!!!

The property was great. The only thing that would have made it better is a cart for transporting luggage and supplies from the vehicles to the houseboat.

property worked perfect for the 4 of us we used the grill and fish cooker only thing i would like to had was a wagon because its a long distance from the parking lot and wifi would be nice but overall very satisfy and will rent again thanks

Great fishing camp house. Ice maker and full size refrigerator were on point. This is not a luxury home, but it is a great fishing camp house. Process was easy. No issues.

Exactly what we expected. AC was cold, beds were comfortable, everything was clean and in good working order. Showers were nice and warm. We had 4 large guys staying and there was plenty of room. Any groups over 6 or so will be a little crowded. Ice machine worked great and the fish cleaning station got used a lot! Would definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving Trip

The houseboat was clean with a nice size living and kitchen area. Everything was provided if you wanted to grill or fry fish. The deck was spacious with chairs provided to hang out after a day of fishing while your buddies are cleaning the days catch.

Great Places

The house boat was great!! There was some damage to the property, but nothing that bothered us. Only wish it came with a rolling dollies, since it was at the end of the Pier. Can't wait to book it again for our next trip!!!

Best fishing trip ever

6 people two guided boats per day from Taylor’s guide service. Picked up off the boat house everyday at 5:45. Boat house worked perfect for us. My crew can’t wait to come back. 550 pounds of fish in three days.

Joat 2 Don't plan on using grill or fish cooker or getting into upper bunks.

Two weeks prior to arrival I communicated with the property manage-- Traci McCall with IN Travel Group. Ask her very nicely to make sure grill and fish cooker were clean and ready to go. Left a message the day before arrival to verify cookers were ready. Day of arrival the grill is full of ashes and the fish cooker is full of rancid grease. It took 3 days to have grease removed from cooker. It was not cleaned and smelled awful. We had to have fish fried at marina. Only one Upper bunk bed had a ladder. Unless you are an Olympic gymnast its impossible to get in upper bunks.

Venice Victory

The Joat 2 was a great launching point for our trip. It is clean, comfortable, and cold. Everything was as advertised. Great time and will be back.

Owner is missing the little things that would make this a 5 star property

No paper towels, no ladders for bunks, fish fryer was full of old grease which rendered it useless, and someone took all the ice from the ice machine the day we were out fishing……..all made for a mediocre experience.

Host cancelled my reservation 1 hr before check in

Host double booked the property and switched our rental to another last minute. I am in the process of trying to get a refund.

Fishing Trip

We really enjoyed our stay. The weather wasn’t fully cooperative, but we did have a great day of Redfishing. The property owner was very helpful. Note…. Everything was provided except towels.
