Cozy and quiet on the canal

The apartment was clean, cozy, and fully outfitted with everything you could possibly need for an extended stay. The team at Views on Venice were highly attentive and always there to answer any questions you might have. The location is down a small alley, quiet and peaceful, picturesque. You couldn't ask for a better place in Venice!

Lovely unit in a quite area. Third floor and accessed by a somewhat narrow access area, was totally fine for us.VERY well equipped. We had the windows open and only used the air occasionally.The location is perfect for us. about 10 minutes to the Accademia bridge, plenty of wonderful restaurants, groceries, gelato, pastries and anything else you need within 10-15 minutes. The ferry terminal is just 300 - 400 meters away. The management Company and staff were terrific. I would recommend them highly.There is a ground floor and 2nd floor unit in the bldg run by the same folks - FYI....Very happy!Tom & Sonya

Just Right

Lovely apartment. Very quiet, light and nicely furnished. Perfect little balcony. Good communications and check in experience. Nothing negative to say at all except that my stay was too short! This is my second booking with Views on Venice and I have had good experiences on both occasions. A few signs of paint peeling in shower ceiling and on shared staircase. The shower sealant was a little mouldy but these are minor issues.

Amazing stay and assistance

We had a wonderful stay at this charming apartment which is well equipped and super clean! The most impressive part though is the staff of Views on Venice. They are always quick to respond and help! They arranged our water taxi and our stay and then at the last minute our airline changed our tickets and Views on Venice quickly extended our stay and adjusted our water taxi. They are absolutely wonderful, especially since this was our first trip to Italy. We were met at the water taxi and taken to the apartment and given directions for our stay. We highly recommend this company and this apartment!

Perfect Venetian Stay

Great apartment! We have been to Venice many times but this was our first time in a rental vs a hotel so we were a little worried. Views on Venice could not be a more wonderful host! They made everything super easy and are beyond wonderful - the whole team but Caterina especially. Apt is in a perfect location and worked really well for us. We will be back!

Comfortable and convenient

The apartment is in an excellent location- very short walk to the southern waterfront and the grand canal, yet tucked away on a quiet street. Best of both worlds. Close to the Zattere water bus stop and to Accademia bridge, connecting you to all main attractions easily by water or by walking. We especially appreciated their great service. We needed a minor shower repair on our first day and it was fixed immediately. They booked our water taxi to and from the airport and provided us with easy instructions on how to find it. Check-in was seamless as we were met at the taxi and given a detailed overview of the apartment once we entered. We even got excellent recommendations for restaurants and gelaterias. Thank you Views on Venice!

Quiet, comfortable apartment in an excellent location

This apartment is in my preferred area of Venice. Easy transport options from either the airport or train station. A less touristy area but still easy to get anywhere in Venice by foot due to the proximity of the Accademia bridge. The apartment was clean and as shown in the photos. The bed was very comfortable with quality linens and extra pillows available. Drawers, shelving and hanging space for clothing in the bedroom. The balcony was nice for morning coffee, afternoon drinks in the sun and for drying laundry. The washing machine has a rapid cycle and there was a good sized drying rack. The bathroom is small but functional with plenty of hot water and good pressure in the shower (and shelving in the shower for soap /shampoo). Plenty of towels provided as well, plus (not shown in the photos) a regular plug in hair dryer in addition to the wall unit. We didn't cook in but the kitchen appeared well stocked with both a Nespresso machine and Moka pot for coffee in the morning. As always (have been renting from Views on Venice since 2006) communication was great. Highly recommend this apartment and Views on Venice in general. It would be nice to have one English language TV station - something like BBC International or Sky News.

Tolles Appartement in Dirsoduro

Von der Buchung über den check-in bis zum check-out perfekte Abwicklung. Die Wohnung selbst war in ausgezeichnetem Zustand, sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Wir können ohne Bedenken eine absolute Empfehlung abgeben. Wir werden auf jeden Fall diese Wohnung wieder buchen. Eigentlich gibt es nichts zu verbessern. Top.

Wunderschönes, gemütliches Appartement in bester Lage

Das wunderschöne Appartement liegt nahe am Anleger Zattere der AliLaguna blu. Wir wurden freundlich dort empfangen und zu unserer Wohnung begleitet, wo wir gute Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt in Venedig erhielten. Das Appartement ist sehr gemütlich, geschmackvoll eigerichtet und auch im November trocken und warm. Schöne Restaurants, cafes und sight-seeing zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Es waren wundervolle Tage in Venedig!

This is a great apartment with a lot of room and is furnished well. Its in a perfect location with easy access to the Zattere and Accademia vaporetto stops. Its in a quiet area of Venice just far enough away from the crowds of San Marco and Rialto but still easy walking distance to anywhere you would want to go.

Quiet, clean, and convenient apartment in Venice.

The apartment was clean, quiet, and very convenient with two vaparetto stops close by. Our greeter, Caterina, was waiting for us and was more than helpful. We would stay there again. We took the option of a water taxi from the airport which Views on Venice offered as an option and arranged, and would highly recommend that option. There could have been slightly more hand and laundry soap there when we arrived. The Nespresso capsules didn't fit the Nespresso machine, which didn't matter as we didn't come to Venice for Nespresso coffee. These are very small things. There were no big things to recommend improving. This is a great apartment quiet, clean, attractive, and very convenient.

Der Service war ebenfalls toll. Wir konnten bei der Abreise unser Gepäck beim Büro lagern während wir auf das Taxi warteten. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und die Lage ausgezeichnet. Wirklich zu empfehlen! Das Quartier ist sehr ruhig und quasi direkt bei Restaurants, beim Wasser und bei einer Bootsstation.

We will be back.

The apartment is spacious, full of daylight, and has a crossventilation. It is tranquil in the middle of a residential Venitian block and away from pedestrian traffic. The little balcony overlooks the roofs of surrounding buildings. We stayed for four weeks, so the two flights of stairs didn't bother us that much since only once did we have to bring our luggage up and down. The apartment has all of the services needed for a more extended stay. The service from the Views on Venice was impeccable! Thank you, Analisa, for always being available, helpful, and responsive! I'm not sure if anything can be improved. One detail - it would be nice to have a coffee table in the living room.

Haben uns wohl gefühlt!

Gute zentrale Lage, trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Schöner kleiner Balkon, Wohnung gut ausgestattet auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Guter Service und gute Erreichbarkeit. Erneuerung der Couch, die allerdings schon in Planung sei, wie uns mitgeteilt wurde.
