L'appartement est situé dans un secteur très touristique de la ville, près du Ponte di Rialto. Pour cette raison, ça peut être assez bruyant. Toutefois, la fenêtre donne un petit canal où passe les gondoliers. Un manque important: il serait nécessaire d'équiper l'appartement d'un micro-onde.

Very central location with easy access via public transportation. Restaurants, stores, and the major sights are within a few steps from the door. The place was old but fitted with everything needed to stay a few days.

Great place in a wonderful area in Venice. I loved sitting on the windowsill and watching the gondolas go by. We miss it already. The host and local assistant were helpful and communicative. Thanks so much for an unforgettable time in a fantasy location.

They had issues with door keys, they put us up at local hotel for the night. Which was a big inconvenience. Otherwise the location was excellent.

Location the best

It was the perfect place to experience Venice if this is your first time there. In the mornings, we just opened our windows, and we enjoyed seeing the boats passing by.

The place is very central, close to everything and it is well equipped. Paola / Barbara are friendly and full of great advice.

Très bel emplacement

Appartement agréable, spacieux pour 2 personnes, idéalement placé. Au dessus d'un petit canal pour voir la vie Vénitienne. Accueil agréable, malgré un petit problème de clefs, vite résolu.

5 nuits dans le centre de Venise

La communication pour la recupération des clefs à été bonne. Excellent emplacement qui a le défaut de ses qualités. L'appartement donne sur un canal secondaire et à proximité d'un petit pont, et donc il y a de l'activité car à Venise tout se fait en bateau ou à pieds. De l'appartement les grands sites sont accessibles facilement à pieds ainsi que magasins et restaurants. Literie de qualité, cuisine et ustensiles à disposition très corrects.

The apartment is in a per...

The apartment is in a perfect location, just 2 minutes walk from the Rialto vaporetto stop, which is very useful if you come with luggage from Piazzale Roma. Well equiped, basic things to cook (oil, flour, sugar, coffee..) music, TV, air conditioning, (great as Venize can be very hot),and very clean. The view is beautiful as overlooks a canal.

The location is excellent, easy to get to without bridges. All the facilities are on hand inside. Getting in was simple with Tommy meeting us outside. The only minor quibble was that the beds were not made up, but that maybe down to communication problems beforehand.

Wonderful stay! Got a little lost on the way there - a Google maps link instead of a hand drawn map would be helpful for future guests but my contact person was wonderful and understanding and the place is so charming! A great central location with easy access to all the main touristy sights and close to grocery, pharmacy and Vaporretto stops. You can literally open the window and watch gondolas go by! Highly recommended!!

Wonderful stay!

Nice quiet location in the San Marco seistiere with windows that overlook a Canal frequented by gondoliers. Roomy and convenient. Clean and with all amenities needed to enjoy anywhere from one night to longer stay. We were there over two weeks! Would definitely consider staying here again, especially with proximity to San Bortolomro Square, and Suso gelato! 😂

I absolutely loved staying here for 27 days! I loved it so much that I’ve reserved Eight it again for next year. The location is perfect. The unit itself is perfect. I enjoyed watching the gondolas. Everything is super close and great! This was a dream apartment for me. The host is awful. Wonderful – response very quickly to any questions or concerns.

Totally lost

We got totally lost finding the flat. The pin drop directions were not easy. Even the locals did not know where we were going. Barbara was amazing and asked every tourist if they were us until she found us and checked us in.

Emplacement exceptionnel, à 7 minutes de Saint Marc, 1 minute du Rialto: Au cœur de Venise ! Pratique pour visiter, au dessus d'un canal, ... très sympa de voir comment vit la ville, livraisons, nettoyage, travailleurs... L'appartement est très joliment décoré et très agréable à vivre. A 2 pas d'une COOP : tarifs plus que corrects et produits de qualité. L'accueil de Barbara excellent, elle nous a bien tout expliqué. Merci beaucoup. Bref , une adresse à recommander.

I enjoyed my stay here. The apartment is very well located, just a minute or two's walk to the Rialto Bridge and about a five minute walk to Piazza San Marco.Shopping is also nearby, with a Coop supermarket a few minutes walk away, as well as a Despar supermarket located a few minutes away on the Grand Canal.The large room has a fairly good kitchen and the living room, including a sofa bed, a small television set, a small stereo system with some CDs, plus a heating/air conditioning unit. A friend of mine stayed with me for a few days and she said that the sofa bed was comfortable to sleep on.Another good thing about the apartment, which is on the first floor (Europe)/second floor (US), are the two windows directly overlooking a small canal, with great views over the gondolas that pass by regularly (as well as motorboats).The smaller room is the bedroom, which has a space heater that can be turned on and placed near the bed. There were enough blankets to keep me warm on chilly nights.There are a few caveats that I should mention. One is that the walls must be thin, as I could clearly hear the people in the apartment next door in the bedroom (first an Italian family with kids, followed by a group of French speaking people.)Another is that there is no microwave oven in kitchen.Finally, the shower is a bit tight, and the wooden beams in it were just a couple of inches above the top of my head (I am 5'11"), so people who are big or tall should take note.

Par-fait !

Un petit logement au coeur de la Sérénissime. Logement avec tout le nécessaire, de l'économe au four en passant par le mixeur sans omettre la chaine Hi Fi, la télé... L'emplacement est excellent : situé derrière le Rialto (sans les désagréments du bruit et du monde), on peut en quelques minutes rejoindre différents sestieres tel que Cannaregio, Castello, Santa Croce, San Polo et bien sur San Marco...il faudra pousser un peu plus loin pour le dorsoduro. Son autre atout étant d'être prêt d'un pont, sachant qu'il n'y en a que quatre dont deux dans le quartier de la gare. Paola a été tout de suite avenante, très agréable et surtout très réactive, tout comme Barbara qui m'accueillie. un beau séjour de quatre semaines dans de belles conditions de logement
