European travels

We had a wonderful time in your city, accomodations, exceptional. Alberta met us at door. She gave us some good information about getting around the city. We stayed 3 nights after being in Normandy and Taliuse France and the Amolfi coast in Sorrento and in Floence . We all agreed this was one of the nicest. Would definitely stay there again if return.

We enjoyed our stay. Clean and spacious. Walk out the door to the building and you are right in the heart of things. It can be very busy because the fairies drop off and pick people up all along this promenade But we loved it. Walk out the door and make a left and you find yourself in a less crowded space. Walk out the door and make a right and you are moments from Saint Mark Square. The apartment is along a canal with the hotel Metropol Right across the canal . We enjoyed watching all of the boat traffic on the canal from the window of the apartment .We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Stay in Venice

We had a lovely 3 night stay in Venice. Communication with Alberta was easy and she was always prompt in her response. She provided clear instructions and was wonderful to work with. The apartment was clean, extremely spacious and within close walking distance to all of the main attractions, with several restaurants and cafe's nearby. It was in a safe location and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful apartment at a extremely convenient location

Simply amazing apartment and Alberta was very responsive. Check-in and check-out were smooth and Alberta met us in person both times to make sure that everything is good. Fully enjoyed our stay so would highly recommend.

10 Stars! Highly recommend! This apartment was exceptionally perfect in every way. Alberta was a superb host. She greeted us when we arrived and showed us around entire apartment. She included a list of restaurants that are highly recommended. She was easy to communicate with and very rapidly responsive. This accommodation is in a perfect location. It is VERY clean and quiet. I would absolutely stay here again.

Awesome stay in Venice

Highly recommend this property. Everything about it was top notch. Location was perfect with easy access to water taxis, major attractions and wonderful restaurants. Alberta was wonderful in meeting us at property, explaining everything about it, giving us information on restaurants close by, and holding our hands on water taxi schedules.

Stunning Apartment Overlooking Canals of Venice

This was the perfect place for our party of eight—my husband and myself, and our two grown daughters and their families. I’ll start with the fact that the apartment is gorgeous and clean, with soaring ceilings and two-story windows overlooking the canal! Our flight was late, and we didn’t arrive until midnight, but Alberta graciously met us to give us keys and a quick rundown of how things worked. The apartment was stocked with everything we needed (espresso maker and pods, tea kettle, dishwasher, towels, hair dryers, and a washing machine. Keep in mind there’s no dryer, but we hung our clothes to air dry without a problem. It has three bathrooms and two showers. The third bathroom has a tub with a handheld shower but no enclosure, which is great for kids (or creative grownups). The location is within walking distance of all the major attractions, and for everything else, we took water taxis. I will definitely stay at Alberta’s apartment again!

Perfect spot in Venice

This apartment more than met our expectations. Our hostess was communicative and very friendly. Location is close to 3 docks for easy water taxi transfers, but the property is quiet and serene. 7minute walk to St. Marks, and many nice restaurants around the corner.

AMAZING STAY!!!🇮🇹

First of all Alberta was amazing from the moment we booked! Had quite a few questions as it was our first time to Italy. She was always very quick and gracious with her responses. The house was breathtaking. So clean and very comfortable. It was the PERFECT location to everything. Couldn’t have asked or found a better place to stay!!! ❤️🇮🇹

The host was helpful and very responsive.. The location of the property is outstanding with easy access to transportation, restaurants, and shopping. Boat from airport drops you off within easy walking distance to location. Great option for three couples traveling together or family.

Look no further

This apartment is absolutely perfect - in addition to the furnishings, layout and quiet location off a busy plaza - the proximity to water bus, shopping, great gelato (Gelato Fantasy) and also food stores (we cooked and kitchen was fantastic) could not be beat. Alberta is wonderful as well. I hope to go back we loved it so much.

Perfect location, wonderful property

Great location- literally steps from the lagoon dock, and 7 minute walk to San Marco square. Spacious rooms- we had six but 10 could comfortably stay here. Big master bedroom with soaking tub, other rooms were perfect size for two people. Bathrooms had shower stalls with strong water pressure and plenty of hot water at all hours. Comfortable beds and seating areas. Alberta made check in super easy and gave us a reliable recommendation for a water taxi who was able to drop us about 30 meters from our doorstep. 100% recommend!

Beautiful apartment perfect location

This place was perfect for our family of 6. Location was excellent and it was very spacious. Probably one of the best apartments you can get in Venice. Only minor complaint is the mattresses could be upgraded.

Wonderful place

This place was our most favorite place during our visit to Italy. It was in a great location to everything. Alberta had a great list of restaurants and showed us a map for several great spots. She was so easy to communicate with. Her place is very well decorated. It was almost like being at home.

Magical Venezia

From check-in to departure our stay was perfect. The apartment location is on the corner of a small canal and via Schiavone...the main waterfront walk and right in front of water taxi and ferry stations. Lots of shops outdoor cafes and restaurants, great for people watching, 10 min walk to piazza san Marco and all the wonderful streets to meander along. The apartment itself is in an 800 year old building so full of character...each of the 3 very comfortable bedrooms has plenty of space and own bathroom with shower, primary bedroom is like a palatial with a charming bathroom with huge tub. Everything worked, shutters and windows opened to either the centre courtyard or side canal. This huge apartment is located on the first floor .....18 steps up so not for mobility challenged. I will happily stay again

Great for the Biennale and so much more!

This is a fabulous property. The apartment is spacious and nicely decorated. It includes the essential items necessary for a comfortable stay. The location is wonderful. Vey easy walking distance to the Biennale grounds, Piazza San Marco, the Fenice (opera house) and so much more. The apartment fronts on the lagoon (great views) and sits on a small side canal (charming view and sounds). Once inside the property, it is a surprisingly quiet oasis. Great for a group of friends, a few couples or a family with children. I would recommend! The proprietor is lovely and helpful. The apartment was clean and well maintained. Easy access to the vaparetto system and much of what Venice has to offer.
