  • Location! Location! Location! Walk out the door and stroll onto one of the most beautiful beaches in America! This luxurious villa sleeps up to 6 people. The villa has beautiful granite counter tops, fresh bathrooms and bedrooms and screened in lanai with chairs and cocktail tables. There are a total of 4 HD flat screen televisions and high speed wireless internet access for those who prefer web-surfing to wave surfing. A wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops are within easy reach as are rental facilities for jet skis, boats, bicycles and more. Linens and towels provided with beds made! Children friendly, pets considered (please inquire). YMCA is 10 min away with beautiful outdoor pool, whirlpool and sauna at very reasonable rates. Available for rent by the day, week or month. Minimum renter age 25 yrs. old.

Christmas Vacation

Overall a fantastic stay! Location of the villa was perfect for us, walked to the beach everyday, volleyball courts off path, excellent beaches!! Basketball courts, just a few steps away, along with some nice shops. Quaint place to stay!

Spacious for a Family of Four

Property is exactly as described. Perfect location—close to the beach and the downtown area. The loft area was a great place for the kids to have a little privacy. Would easily sleep more than four, but we enjoyed not feeling cramped. Definitely recommend and would love to stay again!

We had such a lovely time at Barcelona Villa at Venice Beach. The unit had much more space than pictures show and everything was clean and ready. Getting to the condo was a breeze and check-in was simple too. We were literally steps from the beach and a short walk to shopping and dining. The upstairs loft would be great for kids that can tend to themselves - gives them a bit of privacy and some down time alone. The other two bedrooms on the main floor were spacious and each had their own bathrooms. I recommend grabbing snacks, drinks, and coffee before you get there so you never have to leave this relaxing little spot in Venice. Cheers

This apt. was 1/2 block to beach and 4 blocks to historic downtown with multiple restaurants and shops. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great location in Venice!

My family of 5 (3 boys ranging from 2-13) thoroughly enjoyed this property. It was very close to downtown, even in walking distance. The shark teeth beach was only 2 miles away, and there were basketball courts also within walking distance that the boys really enjoyed. Very comfortable and clean, great location.

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and comfortable and the beach is just a short walk away. The beach was more crowded than we expected, but the restaurants were not crowded and were very good. Thanks for sharing your property!

Everything about this property was fantastic. Beyond clean and very comfortable. All of the amenities were great. Walking distance to the beach. Frank, the host is a very nice and accomodating host. We will definitely be staying there again when we visit.
