Amazing host Jane met us at watergate to begin our trip and was in contact throughout the visit to help in every way possible. Luigi stopped in to fix a small problem with a toilet and was a joy to talk to. Gave us several recommendations for dining etc. Highly recommend if you want a premium stay in Venice.

Outstanding help from Jane. Very easy to work with and helpful with transportation. Michael day trips was a great outing for our group. San Marcos square was a short walk and beautiful.

Muazzo Palace was amazing. Full of charm and old furniture it fits perfectly with a Venice experience. Jane was an excellent host. Great communication and very attentive. Her husband Luigi gave us a very informative walking tour of the town and son Michael a boat tour of the lagoon. We had a perfect time.

I felt like we were actually living amongst the Venetians. The house is filled with Venetian chandeliers which when you visit murano you learn about how labor intensive and invaluable they are. I felt culturally enriched by my surroundings. I really appreciated the assistance of an airport taxi to and from the Marco Polo airport along with 4 sets of keys and a personalized tour of the house when we checked in. They even provided us with some food for breakfast and some prosecco when we checked in. Wonderful rental experience!

Our group of friends had a wonderful time. Great house, great location. Jane the host was wonderful and nice and answered all questions. Her son Michael was great and offers boat tours.

There were 6 of us, very spacious apartment. Our host took care of us from arrival to departure, always available for questions. Great location with a balcony over a canal.

Location was absolutely perfect for vacation with our adult kids. Restaurants nearby were excellent. Host went out of her way to help with transportation and to answer any questions we had.

This was the most beautiful place I have ever stayed. Jane helped us so much and getting oriented to the city plus she had all breakfast foods there for us.

Breathtaking

Just an absolutely beautiful apartment. So spacious, elegantly decorated. Spectacular bedrooms, lovely private view above the canal. Great location. We loved every minute. Jane and her son Michael made our trip very special.

We were a group of eight adults and had a fantastic stay. The apartment was spacious and well-designed, offering both comfortable common areas and nicely arranged bedrooms and bathrooms. The quiet location was perfect for us. Jane, our host, was helpful and quick to answer any questions. We also took a tour with her son, Michael, who was an excellent guide.

Great New Year stay!

The property was everything it was hyped up to be. Spacious, clean, full of amenities! You really get the feel of being in Venice when staying there. We will absolutely being staying there again!

This was amazing place to stay in for our 5th trip to Italy. The property was laid out perfectly for our large group and we had common space as well as perfectly laid out bedrooms and bathrooms. Our host Jane and her son Michael were incredibly helpful throughout our trip-especially patient in view of a few hiccups with planes and train issues. Castello is incredibly quiet-local and added to the overall experience.
