Encased by canals in a quiet hidden corner just behind San Marco square this accomodation offers typical parquet and “battuto veneziano” floors, ceiling beams and Murano glass chandliers, which within its perfect position and quietness bring guests in a real and agreable venetian atmosphere. Andrew and his daughter Alice are awesome hosts. Andrew was sick on the day we arrived so he sent Alice to pick us up at the Rialto stop, took us to the apartment and walked us through with everything we needed to know. This place is clean, spacious, quite and convenient, perfect for a family (4 of us). We had an excellent stay. Highly recommended.

Andrew is an amazing communicator and so helpful in giving you information on how to get there and actually meets you at the Vapporatta!!! It was so nice staying in an accomedation , with history, in Venice! Very quaint.

The owner Andrew was great, he meet us at the Rialto Water Bus station and walks us to the apartment. The unit was clean, towels were brand new, kitchen was stocked with cook ware and utensils. Great location close to St. Marks Square, many options for food and Water Bus stations. This was his Grandmothers home and it felt like a home. All remodeled and I would stay here again. Very quiet location

Our stay was exceptional! Our property manager was always very attentive and the property was amazing. The location was superb and it had everything we needed! It is in a quiet neighborhood but yet you are feet away from main attractions!

Amazing propeety

This place is amazing! Beautiful views everywhere you look and spacious attic. The town is nearby and the hosts were very friendly. We loved this place and would stay again :)

Lovely place in a great location

We had a wonderful stay! It was perfect for what we needed. The beds were very comfortable and it is in a perfect central location. I would totally recommend it. Great value for the price.

Excellent Location and Great Host!!

This place was so nice and in a great location. Was in a little courtyard area. There was a wonderful restaurant right next door where we got breakfast, lunch and dinner!

Just steps away from San Marco Square and center of anywhere else you need to get to in Venice. Even though it’s centrally located, it’s tucked away in a quiet little plaza of its own. Andrew met us from the boat dock and guided us to the apartment which was nice because Venice can be a maze. He was easy to contact and so sweet. The place was clean and had everything we needed. My two teenagers were able to sleep in even until noon, it was so quiet and no complaints from them. Everywhere we needed to go seemed like it was within 15 min of walking. Thank you Andrew for a wonderful stay in Venice.

Perfect Location

Perfect location for walking everywhere in Venice. 70 meters to St Mark’s Square but tucked away in a quiet courtyard with no noise. Andrew met us at the nearest Vaparetto stop and took us to the apartment to explain everything and made suggestions for restaurants. A great 5 night stay.

Peaceful refuge near St. Mark’s

Very nice apartment and location. Only negative was the second bedroom, which lacked natural light and paled in comparison to the main bedroom.

Great place and location!

The apartment is exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable. Loved the location in San Marco, and it’s nice that it’s in a quiet section of that area. Andrew is great! Met us at the Vaporetto stop when we arrived in Venice and gave us recommendations of places to eat and how to enjoy the city. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Venice!

Awesome location and air conditioning

A very short walk from St. Marco’s Square, in the center of the action, with glorious air conditioning, and a TV, basic washer and drying rack. Fun decorations. The only “problem” was that the kids wanted to hang out in the apartment the whole time! Would stay here again, no question!
