We loved this apartment. It was very clean, exceptionally equipped and the location was ideal. It was on a quiet street yet only a few paces to the heart of the city. We would definitely stay here again.

A great little place on canal. Nice quiet neighborhood area. Short walk to many stores, restaurants and site seeing spots. Clean, roomy, and has everything you need. Paolo is great and gets back to you right away. Highly recommend staying here. We stayed 10 nights and it was a great home away from home!

We didn't have any real contact with the host, I found the check in details the day before we were due to arrive purely by accident. We had emailed the host directly prior to our holiday but received no response from him. The day after we arrived we were contacted by Giulia on behalf of the host who requested photos of our passports. We didn't really know who she was but had to take it on trust that she did know Paolo. When the gas detector alarm went off we contacted Giulia who said she would come and check it out. The apartment was in a quiet area of the city which we appreciated and it was functional. Somebody (not sure if it was the host) had very kindly left a mosquito repellent plug in which was brilliant. One of the issues was the lack of equipment for cooking, there was only one tray to use in the oven, no ovenproof dishes and the two pans were very badly scratched. The dishwasher smelt and didn't look particularly clean and we were left a dirty cloth and sponge to wash up with. However, overall, the apartment was clean.

We have stayed in this apartment before. The location and layout are ideal for us. The location is in a quiet area but within easy reach of nice shops and restaurants. Paulo as host was also very helpful on arrival and departure which made our stay even better.

Our family of four with our 16 and 18 year old children just stayed here for 2 nights. It was a great location, well equipped, clean and communication with the host was excellent! Would definitely stay here again!

Het appartament ligt in een rustige wijk en toch dichtbij het centrum en de vaporetto door het Canal Grande. Alles wat je wenst is aanwezig. Er is een supermarkt vlakbij (Coop). En, nog dichterbij, een heel goed restaurant (Why Not geheten), dat sinds een jaar door jonge ondernemers wordt gedreven. Door de ligging dichtbij vaporetto-halte Ca d’Oro zijn zowel de grote bezienswaardigheden als het station makkelijk bereikbaar (wij hadden een parkeerplaats geregeld in Vicenza, op 45 minuten gaans met de trein). Kortom, wij waren heel tevreden over dit appartement. Paolo kan je goede adviezen geven, en zelfs een boottochtje voor je regelen. Top!

Great apartment in a wonderful location. You have views of a canal from every window. Clean and spacious and so easy to get to all the sights in Venice.

Wonderful Apartment

We loved Venice, and the apartment was directly on the canal with windows that you could open to let the breeze in. It was a lovely and comfortable apartment that we would absolutely stay in again. Definitely recommend!

We like the Cannaregio area of Venice, so this apartment was in an ideal location. The apartment is in a quiet area - a great location for vaporetto and airport water bus. There are also many nice restaurants within easy walking distance - as are the main tourist sites. The property is spacious (versus your average hotel) and well fitted out. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place, close to all the attractions, 15 minutes walk to San Marco square, awesome neighborhood with lot of restaurants and bakeries. Have good communication with the host. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed.

Wonderfully comfortable apartment that was clean, well appointed and close to water taxis, restaurants, grocery store, etc. The property manager did a great job communicating with us and responded to questions very promptly. Gave excellent directions to the house from the airport. Thank you!

Perfect Location

What a wonderful place in a quiet neighborhood but close to the action. If you have luggage I suggest getting a porter. The bridges are stairs and it’s tough with luggage, Easy communication and prompt response.

Trip of a lifetime

I couldn’t have picked a better place! It has everything anyone would ever need if they want to visit and explore as well as get to know the true Venice. It is pristinely clean, in walking distance to everything Venice has to offer, and provides peace, quiet, and privacy. It felt like home to me. Fantastic neighborhood location

We loved that this apartment was just far enough away from all the major tourist attractions that it was quiet and filled with locals. The apartment has everything you would need, including a washing machine, to make your stay in Venice comfortable. The air conditioning was a relief in the high heat of August! Technically, there is a view of a canal and bridge, but in order to see it, you would need to open all of the shutters, curtains, and windows, and lean out. For all practical purposes, the place has no view, which was fine with us. It is a cool and comfortable respite from the crowds!
