Small luxury apartment

  • The independent apartment has a separate entrance from the street and is about 60m2. It has 2 airco’s, a bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet as well as towels and bathrobes. Furthermore a pantry with fridge, microwave, coffee machine etc. In the pantry area, there is a table to work at or for having breakfast. In the large bedroom is a comfortable king-size bed with 2 single mattresses, a seating area and an extra desk or dressing table. A washing machine is available.

Buenísima experiencia

El apartamento pequeño , organizado , limpio muy bien localizado y con una decoración que refleja el buen estilo de su anfitrión . La comunicación fue excelente . Recomiendo este apartamento a personas de cualquier edad jóvenes mayores ,Lo van a disfrutar .

Superbe expérience ! Logement très chaleureux, joliment décoré et extrêmement confortable (le lit est un vrai nuage !). Il est très bien placé, au centre de Venise ! Martin est un hôte formidable, d'une gentillesse rare et très attentionné. Merci encore pour l'accueil, tout était parfait !

From my sons: Martin was super considerate and made check-in very easy, everything was really clean and there was a washer dryer, and the AC works very well. The apartment was really nicely furnished and comfortable and the location was fantastic - close to everything but quiet and close to a great bridge. Loved it!

Couldn’t have asked for a better place in Venice—so calm and quiet but so convenient to everything—the hosts was very friendly and quick to respond with requests—having a washer AND a DRYER—so convenient for hot humid summer visits. Would return in a heartbeat!

Martin was very helpful and waited to greet us after our flight arrived late. The apartment was beautifully designed and comfortable so we slept well. The location was fantastic - close to everything but peaceful. The Wifi was a bit patchy - everything else was perfect.

Superbe séjour. L’appartement style vénitien est très beau, propre et spacieux. L’accès direct à la rue sans escaliers ainsi que l’emplacement ont facilité nos déplacements c’était parfait. Martin nous a très bien accueilli.

Location was great, and Martin was a wonderful host! Communication was great and Martin was very helpful. Washer and Dryer was a plus! Would definitely recommend!

Martin was an excellent host. Very good communication and care for us. The apartment is cozy and thoughtfully appointed with an amazing view just down the block. Neighbor hood was quiet and felt safe, bed was comfy and apartment quiet. The internet connection needs some upgrading, but we were able to manage with cell data. Highly recommend!

This apartment is centrally located in San Marco but on a very quiet side street within walking distance to everything! It is well stocked with coffee tea and creamer. Comfortable bed and kitchenette area. Washer and separate dryer that came in handy! Spotless and comfortable! Martin is a wonderful and gracious host ready to answer any questions - and called us a water taxi for our departure. Everything was perfect including his restaurant recommendations. Martin thank you so much for making our stay in Venice wonderful! Will stay again !!

B&B in Venice

Our host met us at the boat stop when we first arrived, which was very helpful. Nice bed and large living area. Convenient to many placed in Venice. We enjoyed our stay.

The stay at Martins apartment was perfect! He was super helpful with instructions on how to get from the airport and greeted us upon check in. He provided excellent recommendations for restaurants.The apartment was in a perfect location, walkable to all the major attractions, but tucked away so it was nice and quiet. If we ever return to Venice, we would definitely stay here again!

Probably the most convenient and centrally located apartment in Venice.

Pretty much perfect if you are looking for a very comfortable and very clean landing spot for when you are resting and relaxing from your enjoyment of the town. Attentive host; so easy to find, and a great launch point for all of your on-foot (and in-boat) destinations.

Wonderful Appartment

This appartment is fantastic and in a great location for all of the major tourist attractions. Our host was so helpful with information prior to our visit and when we arrived. You will not be disappointed if you book this appartment for a trip to Venice.

Loved our experience while staying at this apartment in Venezia. The host was super helpful, responsive, went out of his way to insure we had a great visit and the location(within a stone’s throw of the Grand Canal) was off high tourist traffic alleys but most importantly in a perfect location for all attractions, shopping, dining and more. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience and will definitely stay at this apartment when we return. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment, Martin was so welcoming and stayed up late to check us in / welcome us after our late flight. He shared some great restaurant recommendations too.The apartment is lovely and in an amazing area, 10 minutes from the top sights including Piazza San Marco, Doge's Palace, Museo Correr.Do not hesitate and book this charming apartment!
