The Space
Fortuny Loft is a wonderful apartment in the heart of Venice, just a one-minute walk from the palace and museum of the same name. The location is the apartment’s real highlight, as it’s extremely central yet tucked away from the tourist crowds. Less than a minute’s walk away is the splendid Campo Sant’Angelo and the magnificent Teatro delle Fenice; continuing on, we find Campo Santo Stefano, and in just 5 minutes we reach the Accademia Bridge and the famous Galleries. Also starting from the apartment, the Goldoni Theater and the Rialto Bridge are just a 5-minute walk away, while St. Mark’s Square is a 10-minute walk. All the top attractions are just a stone’s throw away, and for getting to any other part of Venice, there’s a vaporetto stop right nearby, as well as a gondola ferry. The supermarket and movie theater are right downstairs. The supermarket has an extensive deli section, so you can enjoy excellent local specialties right in what will be your home during your stay in Venice.
The apartment consists of an entryway, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave, a spacious living-dining room (separate from the kitchen) with a comfortable sofa bed, a master bedroom, and a bathroom with a window and a shower.
Fortuny Loft is meticulously designed with attention to detail and will make you feel right at home!
What else can I say? It’s on the third floor, so you’ll have to climb the stairs.... In Venice, buildings with elevators are few and far between, but this apartment is definitely worth the climb!
