  • The apartment consists of a Kitchen with a large living room, where you will find a very comfortable sofa bed for two people, one bedroom and dressing rooms all rigorously in modern style with warm colors typical of 'Tek' wood. The bright and welcoming bathroom, covered by a mosaic offers you a comfortable shower. Small private courtyard flourished in the warmer months. The apartment offers many comforts such as satellite TV, wi-fi connection with internet key (we do not provide a pc), air conditioning, heating system, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, hairdryer.

    The Sestiere of Cannaregio in which the apartment is located, and more specifically ' Calle delle Muneghe ' offers many attractions for tourists who want to stay in an area served by the Venetian markets, typical shops, and restaurants that offer excellent cuisine. The most known way to reach Rialto and San Marco is called 'Strada Nuova”, which is a few minutes far from the apartment, along “Rio della Sensa.' The vaporetto stop more convenient is Sant 'Alvise only few minutes walk from the apartment.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Venice. The location is great; it's in a quiet location, but very walkable to the main sites, grocery, restaurants, etc. The space was great for our family of four (two adults; two children); it would definitely be tight for four adults. We really appreciated the amenities - AC, washer, very functional kitchen. The host was very responsive to questions/issues. Would definitely recommend for future travelers!

We had an amazing stay here! The place was very clean and had everything we needed. It is a large place for 2 people so this was definitely a gem to find. Daniela gave us great instructions for checkin and made the process super easy. She also gave us great recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to eat at.

The apartment was beautiful, clean, and very welcoming. It was spacious and comfortably accommodated our group of four. The host was responsive, friendly, and always willing to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. We truly loved our time here and would happily stay again. One tip for future guests: if you use Google Maps to navigate, it's often better to enter a nearby restaurant or business as your destination rather than the residential address. In Venice, many residential addresses can be confusing and may not lead you to the exact location. Using a nearby business with a clearly marked address makes finding the apartment much easier.

Sehr persönliche und sehr freundliche Betreuung durch die Vermieterin. Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement, in der Küche hat nichts gefehlt, alles bestens. Sehr ruhige Lage in Cannaregio, aber man geht nur über eine Brücke und durch eine Gasse und schon ist man auf der lebendigen Fondamente di Misericordia. Ein Supermarkt ist auch nur 10 Minuten entfernt. Kurz: Top-Location!

Appartement spacieux et parfaitement équipé dans un quartier paisible et magnifique. Petite reulle entre deux canaux suberbes. Literie exceptionnelle pour une location. Sans compter les multiples serviettes de toilettes. Absolument parfait pour visiter Venise. Et Daniela est une hôte exceptionnelle aussi. Son acceuil et ses multiples attentions (café fraîchement torréfié à notre disposition, de meme que huile d’olive, vinaigre et de nombreux autres choses) ont rendu notre sejour encore plus agréable. We had a fantastic stay in Venice and couldn’t have asked for a better host. Daniela was excellent throughout. Clear, responsive, and proactive with communication from start to finish. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and was always available to answer questions or provide helpful local guidance.The property itself was exactly as described. Clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location was a major highlight: central enough to easily access key attractions, yet still in a quieter area that made it ideal for relaxing after a full day exploring the city.Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations. I would absolutely recommend Daniela’s place to anyone visiting Venice, especially families looking for a convenient and reliable base. We would gladly stay here again.

The property was very clean. The issues we had was we were not informed that you could not use the A/C, until June. We were there in May, it was quite warm in the house and when you open windows the house fills up with mosquitoes. The host warned us to not use too much electricity or it would get shut off. Tried using the clothes dryer and it kept shutting down. Other than that it was great.

One of the best lodging experiences we have had in Europe. We felt spoiled with the quality of the appliances and large living area. We walked to/from the train station and found that we were close to everything on our to-do list. Host was extra available and communicative.

The best place 😍

This place is super comfortable, clean, cozy, very good climate for those of us who are adapted to air conditioning, the owner had excellent communication and dedication to our stay from the first moment to the point that she took the time to make an exact video and perfect for finding the property and recommends good places to eat, my family is very grateful and we had a great time, my experience was the best 😍😍😍

Daniela was an excellent host. Very communicative throughout the whole process from booking to check out. Her apartment was fantastic, even more charming than the pictures. I really appreciated all of the small details such having European outlet adapters available, bottles of water in the fridge, and a dish of candies on the kitchen counter to welcome us. The location was as promised, quiet, outside of the bustle of the main tourist area, but a close enough walk that we had no problem reaching shops, restaurants, and local attractions. This was my favorite of three places that we stayed during our trip. I highly recommend it!

Venice weekend Get-A-Way

Lovely loft and excellent stay. We were looking for a place a little off the main tourist path but still close enough to all the sites and everything Venice had to offer. This was perfect for what we were looking for. Host is very responsive and very helpful with offering assistance of where to go and what to see.

Convenient place

Overall nice stay in a quiet part of town, but with some great dining options nearby. It was lovely to have a small kitchen. Having air conditioning was appreciated in the summer. Note that the "courtyard" is very small; really only suitable for a single person.

Everything thing about this place was awesome. The beds were large, kitchen was well equipped and the shower had great pressure. The neighbourhood was quiet but close enough to hot spots. Communication with the owner was spectacular.

Daniela was a terrific hostess. She met us at our Alilaguna stop and walked us to our home away from home. Canneregio is a fantastic neighborhood, away from the hustle bustle. Only a 30 minute walk to St. Mark Square. Daniela provided us with many dining recommendations and touristy spots. Would highly recommend. So nice to see the city after hours.
