The property was huge, beautiful setting and short walk to beach. plenty room inside and out and perfect for our large group that came and went over the weekend. Generally it was clean but needed a good ceiling dust as there were cobwebs .everywhere. Would definitely stay again. defwdetrainitially

What an amazing place! So much room for everyone including the doggies. We broke tradition and booked for Christmas, best decision ever! The bed configuration was perfect with mainly adults and my toddler grandchild. Obviously it needs a little attention in areas, however it didn’t impede on a perfect

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The house was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The bedrooms were well-appointed, and the communal areas were perfect for spending time together without feeling crowded.The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals for everyone, and the outdoor area was a lovely space to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The property’s location was ideal, close to the beach and local attractions, which made exploring Ventnor incredibly convenient.This property exceeded our expectations, and we’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Ventnor. We’d happily return for another visit!

Family weekend

Mine and my sister's families stayed here for a long weekend. The check in process was very smooth, communication with the host was great, the house was as described and well kitted out with lots of kitchen equipment and toys. We had 5 kids with us and they loved it, the backyard was amazing and all the toys were really helpful to have. I would recommend staying here, especially if you're travelling with children.

Awesome entertainer

Lovely large house and well maintained gardens which accommodated all our extended family and friends. Very clean, providing everything we needed and more!. The hosts are easy to communicate with and respond readily and are always happy to assist. Would love to return!

Great little getaway in a spacious property.

We had a lovely getaway in this spacious property. My young children (5&3 year olds) absolutely loved the massive backyard. I was initially a bit worried about the pond on the property having 2 young kids but we were given sufficient warnings about this in the check in info (do not leave kids un supervised at front yard) but luckily the backyard was fenced off from the front where the pond is so it wasn’t really an issue (we just made sure they only played in the backyard and kept the front door locked. We loved morning walks to Berrys beach. I would suggest bringing a hairdryer as the one supplied is quite small and not very efficient but overall we loved this property and communication with Matt the host was fuss free. Thanks Matt!
