The ground floor has a comfortable queen bed in one room and a king in the second bedroom whilst a third offers a single over double bunk. They are all supplied with linens and towels.

A well sized central bathroom for downstairs has a good shower/toilet and there is also a separate toilet room downstairs between the bunk and king room.. the functionability of the downstairs space is great.

Up the main flight of stairs you are greeted with a beautiful open living space tastefully decorated to promote relaxation and rest.

The master bedroom adourns this level , a sprawling new comfortable king bed with a huge walk in wardrobe and large private en-suite for 2.

Along with lots of little extras you will start to feel right at home.

The top floor offers a fantastic open space containing the well equipped kitchen and main lounge/dining area. In addition, you'll find access to the balcony area and BBQ - perfect for enjoying a drink.

Enjoy the lounge area with a huge smart t.v and internet, comfortable seating and easy access to the downstairs rooms. An extra toilet room is seperate to the ensuite for upstairs convenience.

All area's are appropriately styled, clean and inviting for you.

The laundry is also down stairs boasting large washing machine and dryer combo and lots of bench space to keep it all in order.
