“Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und der Vermieter hat unser Gepäck mit seinem (kurzen) Auto zum Haus hochgefahren. (Der Zugang ist wirklich sehr steil und der Übergang zur Straße ist nur mit hochbeinigen oder kurzen Fahrzeugen zu schaffen.) Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Stromversorgung per Solar war für Beleuchtung und Handyaufladen mehr als ausreichend, obwohl die ersten Tage keine Sonne schien. Gaskühlschrank hat bestens funktioniert. Betten sind bequem und auch die Couch lädt...

“Das Häuschen ist perfekt für eine Familie, da man auf 2 Stockwerken lebt. So ist Platz für alle. Leider gibt es nur 1 Dusche....das ist ein riesen Engpass mit 5 Kindern. Aber hat geklappt. Die Heizung ist des öfteren ausgefallen, aber mein Mann ist ein 'Handyman' und konnte alles leicht wieder in Schwung bringen. Küche ist gut ausgestattet und funktioniert gut. Die Lage ist prima, für kleinere Kinder allerdings gar nicht empfehlenswert, da man die Sachen vom Auto weit tragen muß und die Straße...

“Probably the nicest villa we've stayed at in many years of coming to Italy; beautifully situated right on Como with a swimming dock that private boat rentals can also come to directly. There is easy access to town walking along a protected pedestrian pathway separated from the road. The house itself is well appointed -- the bedrooms are all very comfortable with good AC and plenty of storage; the fridge is large and gas range was great for cooking the nights we stayed in. “Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Ordentlich, sauber und gemütlich! Allerdings keine Aussicht!!! Wer keine Koffer schleppen kann hat Schwierigkeiten da die letzten Meter zur Unterkunft am besten nur über die Treppe zu erreichen ist. Nur wer ein „sehr“ kleines Auto hat kann unter sehr schwierigen Umständen vorfahren. Der Eingang durch Heizungsraum und Waschküche stört mich nicht. Der Telefonkontakt war sehr freundlich also gerne wieder wenn ich in Lugano zu tun habe!”

“My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks in this beautiful villa and didn’t want to leave. Feroza is a wonderful host, very kind, she left us eggs from her own hens, marmalade made from the fruit of her own trees, homemade cake and she was very helpful. The location right on the lake is amazing, and the view of the mountains I will never forget, the villa has everything you need for a perfect holiday. We loved it and would stay there in a heartbeat if ever we were in the area again Feroza thank you...

"It is a beautiful and comfortable property on the river of Como Lake, with beautiful views. It has all the luxury and glamour of a classic e historic 5-star hotel. The staff is very warm and attentive to any detail. Its Mistral restaurant is excellent for a romantic dinner. Without a doubt, it is the best hotel in Bellagio and one of the best on Lake Como."
