“Absolutely beautiful! The von Trapp Family Lodge is worth it. The accommodations were spacious and cozy. Dinner at the Bierhall was delicious. I have a gluten and dairy allergy. There were many choices to choose from, my food came out first with an allergy marker, and I wasn't exposed to any allergens. ”

“Perfect location- close to many shops, town green etc. Owner paid much attention to detail, well appointed, very clean, comfortable recliner chairs, full kitchen. The only thing that could make this even better would be a Queen size bed instead of full but would likely be a tight fit. Pretty comfortable bed overall. Will definitely be repeat customers going forward.”

“Pictures and description are spot on. Yes this is a small rental but it was perfect for our short getaway. Extremely clean and tidy, bed was comfy and kitchenette was spotless. View into blooming spring woods was gorgeous and plenty of birds to watch. Only improvements could be a full length mirror and salt and pepper shakers.”

“A cozy and convenient trailside condo with a good flow kitchen and very comfortable open floor plan and living area with a deck and partial view. The brook out back near the trails is great for soaking the feet and the only caveat is the bedroom is tight but plenty of closet and storage space. Would return and recommend to others that want to be on the mountain and resort.”

“The stay was amazing. We had a rainy Memorial Day weekend and didnt get to be outside as much as we wanted but the room provided a very comfortable place to just relax. The hot tub was also very enjoyable when we couldnt be out and about.The room is gorgeous wit tall ceiling and up lighting. I always enjoy a custom walk-in shower with tankless water heater. “The stairway to the loft is very steep. I did not notice that this is a pet friendly rental. There was damage to the condo from past pet guests. We visited in mid May. The weather was perfect but a lot of things were not open. The resort had a lot of activities that appeared to be free when we were there. For example the clubs and balls for mini golf were inside a door where they could be picked up and used. This was definitely an added value for the trip.”
