KITCHEN AND WINE BAR



The updated kitchen is designed for everything from quick breakfasts before the beach to relaxed dinners at home. It features sleek quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances, a butcher-block island, breakfast seating, pantry storage, and ample preparation space. Start the morning with coffee or wind down with a favorite bottle at the custom coffee and wine bar, complete with a dedicated wine refrigerator.

Bedroom 1 – Primary Suite: King bed, TV, and private ensuite bathroom. Sleeps 2.

Bedroom 2 – King Room: King bed and TV. Sleeps 2.

Bedroom 3 – Queen Room: Queen bed and TV. Sleeps 2.



BATHROOMS



Bathroom 1 – Private ensuite connected to the primary bedroom, featuring a walk-in shower.

Bathroom 2 – Full hallway bathroom shared by Bedrooms 2 and 3, featuring a bathtub and shower combination.



OUTDOOR LIVING



The private backyard is the heart of the home. Spend the afternoon swimming in the 40-foot pool, stretch out beside the water, prepare dinner on the propane grill, or gather around the firepit beneath the Florida sky. The fully fenced yard provides additional privacy and plenty of outdoor space for your group and approved pets.



Please note that the pool and patio area are open-air and do not have a screen enclosure. The pool, patio, deck, firepit area, and fenced backyard are reserved exclusively for your group.

The entire home is located on one level, making it easy for your group to move between the bedrooms, shared living spaces, and backyard.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home, including the private pool, patio, deck, firepit area, and fully fenced backyard.

Self check-in makes arrival simple and convenient.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a peaceful residential area of Vero Beach South, the home offers a relaxed setting within convenient driving distance of Florida’s Treasure Coast. The Atlantic shoreline and public beach accesses are approximately 10–15 minutes away. Restaurants, supermarkets, shopping, golf courses, parks, and everyday conveniences are also nearby.



Spend your days exploring downtown Vero Beach, the Indian River Lagoon, botanical gardens, museums, nature preserves, waterfront dining, and the area’s uncrowded beaches—then return to your own private pool and backyard oasis.



Getting Around:

A personal or rental vehicle is recommended for exploring Vero Beach and the surrounding Treasure Coast. The home offers convenient access to US Highway 1, with beaches, downtown, restaurants, shopping, golf, and the Indian River Lagoon all within an easy drive.



Driveway parking is available for up to three vehicles. Travel times may vary depending on traffic and selected beach access.



Other Things to Note:

PETS:

We’re happy to welcome up to 3 dogs per reservation. Please include all pets when booking and reach out to us if you have any questions regarding your stay with them.



POOL & OUTDOOR AREA:

The home features a private 40-foot outdoor pool. Please note that the pool and patio area are not screen-enclosed.



Pool heating is available upon request for $35 per day of your stay and will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least one week’s notice so we can coordinate this for you. During inclement, cold, and/or rainy weather, we do not advise using the pool.



The pool is professionally serviced weekly. After periods of rain, some natural debris may enter the pool and cause the water to temporarily appear slightly discolored.



CLEANING:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each stay, and our cleaning team is committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the property.



DAMAGE PROTECTION:

All reservations require damage protection, processed via our third-party system before arrival:

- 1-Night stays: $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, released after a damage-free checkout inspection).

- 2+ Night stays: Choose between the $500 refundable deposit or a non-refundable $20/night damage waiver (max $100), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear.

Note: Deposit holds expire after 7 days. For longer stays, the hold is released on day 6 and re-authorized to keep coverage continuous.



CHECKOUT:

Check-out time is 10:00 AM. To prepare the property for incoming guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly after checkout.



Please keep in mind that late checkouts can affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. Staying beyond your scheduled checkout time may result in a fee of up to $300. We appreciate your understanding.

We offer convenient self check-in and check-out so you can settle in at your own pace.



While we are not available in person, our team is just a message away and happy to assist with questions or anything you may need during your stay. This is a self-catering home, but we’ll do our best to make your Vero Beach stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
