December 29, 2025 - January 1, 2026The Jumping Fish home was ideal and true to its name. We saw jumping fish every day. The home was beautiful inside and out, well decorated and well maintained. We felt completely at home. Ashley went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. From family games, outdoor grill, fishing poles, beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, floats, towels), binoculars, night lights, power strips, fully equipped kitchen, a basket of local activity brochures, local restaurant information and much more. We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Jumpin Fish house. The weather was gorgeous and the back patio was the best setting with a beautiful pool and the nature. We watched the fish jump, the squirrels run and majestic birds fly by on daily basis. The home was comfortable and cozy. The bathrooms well stocked with towels and the water in the showers was hot with good pressure. The mattress in the master was super comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to make good meals at home. We enjoyed making our breakfast and snacks and have them by the pool. We hope to be back one day.

Enjoy the house very much, clean and just like the pictures in the description. Appreciated all the amenities, everything is there that you need, appreciated the reviews of the restaurants in the area. My favorite part is the outside sitting area, beautiful backyard.

We love the Jumping Fish House. This was our 4th visit there, and the location, house, and water views are the best. We love the Sebastian and Vero areas, so this is always our favorite spot. Love the wild life spottings too!

Great for families

This was our second time at Jumpin Fish House! It is our favorite place to stay in Sebastian. Clean, comfortable, close to family and beaches. We love the birds, fish, and other nature right outside the door!!

Never Disappoints

This is our 3rd stay at Jumpin Fish House and it never disappoints. Love all the updates and convienience of having everything we needed. The peace and tranquility of sitting on the patio with a cup of coffee, listening to the birds and the fish jump, and watching our friendly gator swimming made for a great start to the day. Thanks for making this yet another great vacation.

Perfect place to stay

The home was beautiful and very peaceful sitting out on the porch watching the fish jump. Lovely house with plenty of room for the 5 of us. Comfortable place to gather with family and friends and lots of amenities. The only two things I would change would be that the beds were really hard and under the beds were dusty. Some small issues here and there but mostly natural wear and tear. All round a great place to stay.

Great home base….

Was visiting for a wedding and was so thankful to have the pool and be close to all my FL family. Also loved all the different seating areas inside and out. Had everything we needed and was exciting to see the alligator every night. Highly recommend if you have a need to be in Sebastian.

Everything we imagined, and so much more!!

We booked this house for our annual fishing trip/anniversary. Everything about this property is spot on. It was clean, beautiful and relaxing. What impressed me the most is the attention to details when it comes to hospitality and comfort: two nightstands in the primary bedroom, plenty of seating options, plenty of towels and a kitchen that was stocked with everything you would need to make a meal. We took advantage of the restaurant suggestions and were very happy we did!! Close to amazing beaches, shops, restaurants, and great fishing lakes, the Jumping Fish House is perfectly located! Ashley is great and very responsive. We can’t wait to come back!!

Great Vacation

Our second stay at Jumpin Fish House and it never disappoints! The owners have thought about everything to make our visit perfect. Quiet neighborhood but very easy to find and get to. Close enough to everything but far enough away to relax. Perfect patio area for sitting every morning with coffee and listening to nature and the jumping fish are an entertainment of their own. If we could give it more than 5 stars we would. Absolutely loved our stay and hope to repeat next year!

Wonderful trip!

My sister, niece and I stayed at the house. The location was fantastic. Only a 15 minute drive to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. It was very enjoyable to look out on the river and watch all the birds and alligators. The pool was great. We spent almost all of our time (when we weren’t at the beach) sitting on the lanai, enjoying the view and the weather. The house had everything that we needed, all amenities and plus some. Very clean and nice Florida decor. We would definitely come back. Highly rate this property.

Relax

Lovely very clean house with a warm pool on a river. The river is full of jumping fish and 2 alligators. We swam in the pool and watched the fish and alligators all day. Quite a unique experience.

Relaxing beautiful backyard entrenched in nature

Wonderful stay, host was friendly and prompt communication. House was clean and had everything we needed. Absolutely loved the meandering gator and jumping fish. The variety of song birds were a plus too!

Property/home was perfect. My husband and teenage boys loved to fish and I loved morning coffee poolside. The home had everything you could ever need. Very impressive. Saw the alligators several times. Peaceful and relaxing stay while our son was there for spring baseball training . Would come back 100%

Amazing Stay

We had the best week in Sebastian Florida. The house was better than we could have imagined. Our kids practically lived in the pool and it was so relaxing to be able to see the river behind. The house was clean and had everything we needed.

Birds, jumpin fish and relaxation

If you enjoy listening to the birds sing and watching the fish jump out of the water, give this cute house a try. The pool is a relaxing place to watch birds come and go. In a quiet and well kept community. Very relaxing! Try Hen House Eatery for breakfast.

We saw a lot of Jumpin Fish and alligators. It’s a great location. The pool was nice and was filtering better after we cleaned out the skimmer. Over all it was nice for the weekend.

Beautiful oasis

We enjoyed staying at this clean and beautiful home. The backyard is gorgeous and serene and we saw many birds, jumping fish!........and an alligator who stayed peacefully in the water. Beautiful comfortable getaway!
