“When I first arrived and saw the outside, I was second guessing myself because the front yard area is not well kept HOWEVER the inside of the house is fantastic! The rooms are spacious and felt like home! The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and coffee making! We really loved the sunroom off the kitchen! When had questions, response time was always quick! I highly recommend this vacation rental! ”

“For whatever reason brings you to the area…this is the place to stay! This place is perfect down to every last detail. If you’re looking for a clean, relaxing, upscale and overall comfortable place to stay then search no more. Quiet safe neighborhood and when you’re inside the house you feel like you’re staying at a spa. Host is responsive and goes out of her way to make you feel at home! Definitely coming back!”

“This house is lovely, well stocked and comfortable. Beds were clean and very comfortable. The drive from the Richmond airport was super easy until about the last two twisty miles; if you are arriving after dark, study the map so you know what to expect. I loved that it was so close to Shenandoah National Park. We ate at the Blue Ridge Cafe in Ruskerville (recommend) then entered at the Swift Run entrance then drove south and came out just a couple miles from the house. Heads up to...

“VRBO and the host double booked the place. After a long drive we arrived to a house full of guests who were already unpacked and very unhappy to see us. VRBO's "VRBO Care" would have had us moved from a 4 bedroom house to a hotel for one night, and then the remaining nights at a similar place nearby (but that we would need to find on our own). This was unacceptable so we asked for a full refund.”
