“Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen - alles ist in einem sehr guten, gepflegten Zustand. Auch die Betten waren super. Bäckerei / Metzgerei in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Pool ist wunderbar sauber und lädt direkt dazu ein , eine Abkühlung zu nehmen. Lediglich die Betreuung bei der Schlüsselübergabe war etwas verplant. Das war schade , denn nach dem Anreisen möchte man doch zügig in die Unterkunft. Der Abreisevorgang konnten wir ohne persönlichen Kontakt dafür sehr flexibel gestalten und konnten...

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa. The villa is on a large property with its own pool. The bedrooms are great sizes and the bathrooms are large as well. The villa is very comfortable and the outside area is wonderful. The property is taken care of by Happy Rentals and they are fantastic to deal with. I had all the information I needed from them even before I left for Italy and if we had ny issues while we were at the property, Gianluca, responded right away, no matter the time of day....

The view is wonderful, the house is very beautiful, very clean, equipped with everything you need.. Easy to reach other wonderful locations like Lucca,  Pisa Viarregio with its wonderful beaches.  The hosts are equally welcoming and nice..
