“Came in the off season, and it was a complete bait and switch. Actual hotel was closed (including pool and restaurant (so no breakfast)). Placed us next door in tiny apartments. Manager gave us the key and left the property. First room had a broken toilet seat so moved us to another one. Staff spoke no English and didn’t understand that we need password for WiFi. Blanket on bed was wet. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but left the next morning.”

“Uncomplicated stay, very nice, friendly and helpful people who are working at Kostas apts.
We stayed in two rooms, they were clean, we had all the necessary stuff and it was absolutely enough for us.
The location is great: few minutes from the Stalis beach, supermarket and restaurants, parking is in front of the building.
All in all we had a great holiday!”

“El desayuno con poca variedad y calidad, la mampara de la ducha pierde agua por todos los sitios por estar muy mal instaladada. La piscina no llegamos a probarla porque hay playas muy cerca del hotel. Sin dudarlo, no recomendaria este hotel, hay otras opciones en Agios Nikolaos”

“Great villa with a lovely pool, fabulous view in a nice secluded area walking distance to the beach. Very good Greek food nearby, and it was so useful to have a fridge and washing machine!
Really recommend this spot — was very relaxing and private :)”
