“Gorgeous pub area ”

“The advertised restaurant and bar was not open. Breakfast advertised as 7.00am-9.00pm when booking was changed to 7.00am-8.-00am. Ni infomation folder in room or hairdyer. Staff no paticularly helpful or friendly. Would not recommend.”

“We were very well looked after by Shaan & Sef who must be the one prepared our breakfast which was freshly made and ample every morning . The room was clean and spacious enough for us & our dog Rocky. Tumbleweed is a good place to stay for a few days to visit the local attractions, such as Sherwood Forest, nearby. It is a heaven for dog owners and joggers. I jogged with my dog along the Well Lane & The Avenue every morning and walked my dog on the couple of bridal ways nearby in the evening....

“A beautiful bungalow in the quiet village of Walesby. Lovely clean and tidy, well presented place was just what we wanted during our stay in this lovely village. Communication with the landlord was excellent with all our questions answered promptly. There was even a special surprise waiting for us upon our arrival. Thank you so much to the landlord for maintaining such a beautiful place. ”

“Very good lodging with nice space indoor for (up to) four people. Very cosy couch and awesome bedding. But the welcome touch is also excellent, so that you instantly feel at home.”

“Stayed here for a wedding as a family of four. Very nice room, a little bit on the expensive side but weighing up a taxi home 40 miles and breakfast it worked out about the same. Breakfast was very good. The drinks at the bar were a bit on the expensive side at £8 a pint but what can you do ”

“Dodgy rear entrance to the room, and dark seclusion car park to the rear, fire alarm ringing early hours and not comfortable leaving my car overnight in the carpark.”

“We did not receive the check-in details via e-mail so could not check in and ultimately not stay overnight. The phone number that was with the booking was supposed to be a helpdesk with the operator being anything but helpful. We had a look for help at the property but could not find anyone on two separate occasions; we were also astounded to discover that the accommodation was in the middle of a wedding venue and NOT the wedding we were attending. We did manage to find a mobile number for...
