Paradise Peak—Ocean Views in Central Victor Harbor

Days at Paradise Peak settle into a calm rhythm anchored by the ocean. The apartment`s floor-to-ceiling glass doors slide open to the sea breeze, and the living area, with its deep leather lounge suite and large flat-screen TV, faces the outlook in full. Split-system air conditioning keeps the space comfortable year-round, while board games are provided for evenings at home.

The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped for self-catered stays, featuring a stone-topped island bench, a dishwasher and everything needed to properly settle in. Meals move naturally between the indoor dining table, which seats eight, and the glazed balcony beyond, where an outdoor dining setting and a BBQ hold the full sweep of the foreshore view.

Four bedrooms sleep eight across a range of configurations. The primary bedroom features a queen bed and sweeping water views, with an open-air ensuite and deep soaking tub perfectly positioned for long, relaxing baths overlooking the water. The second bedroom also offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom is set with a double. The fourth provides two single beds, giving flexibility for groups. The family bathroom with a shower serves these rooms, and a separate laundry is fitted with a washing machine for longer stays.

The building includes a shared pool and gym, a welcoming addition after a day on the foreshore. There is undercover parking available for one small car, as the space is tight. On-street parking is also available for larger vehicles.
