Buena ubicación cerca de la ciudad de Victoria Falls y a 10 minutos de la entrada al parque natural. Zonas comunes muy agradables. Escogimos este hotel por ser notablemente más económico que los de la zona y siendo algo modesto, las instalaciones son más que suficientes y el servicio es bueno

The staff was incredibly helpful. They fixed breakfast for us an hour before the usual time, they arranged extra transportation for us. Eat dinner at the restaurant, the stir fried chicken was excellent.

Running Water Problems
Pamusha Lodge's biggest positive is the staff. They were all extremely welcoming and hospitable, giving us a tour of the outdoor common area and our room. There was no bottled water in the room, but there was tea and coffee always available in the outdoor restaurant. Breakfast was included. The bedroom was clean and the linens immaculate, though I preferred not to walk barefoot on the bathroom floor. The outdoor area is slightly shabby, but there is plenty of shaded seating, and a firepit. The negatives are that you can hear every sound from the adjacent rooms. My mosquito net was hung off to the side of the bed rather than directly over it, and was being held together by half a dozen bandaids. It didn't fit properly over the bed, and I had to sleep scrunched down and with my head between the two pillows to keep the net off my face and prevent mosquitoes from biting me through it. The biggest issue was the lack of water. Neither the bath or shower worked, and the sink only worked maybe 20% of the time. The shower sprayed for about 6 seconds, then became a small, cool trickle. I managed to lather up and splash the soap off (washing my hair was a lost cause) for a few minutes until the water stopped entirely. I then tried the sink, where the water only ran for ten seconds, then the tub - same thing. Had to wash my face with bottled water the next morning. Our tour operator said VF businesses have water reserves, so this isn't something that he hears about happening at all.

Time to telax
This is not a resort but the attention of the staff and the relaxed atmosphere make for a relaxing stay. Food is freshly cooked by Ivy and she will cater for your needs. Arnold is the “Jack of all trades” and makes you feel very welcome. Pamusha can organise tours for you and does breakfast, lunch or dinner cruises. The dinner cruise is good value and we say lots of hippos and elephants.

Not worth the proce.
The hotel has obviously seen better days. The staff were friendly and accommodating. But there was no place to eat inside - this in a mosquito infested area. The housekeepers would clean the room with the door open and left the non-screened windows open when they left. The room was filled with potentially malaria carrying mosquitos all night! My friend, who had a separate room requested a twin bedded room instead of the king sized bed she was given. The second room had no reading lights, the shower had almost no pressure and the furniture was bare and needed paint. My room was OK, but was not worth the $150 per night charged - $100 a night would have been more appropriate and her room should have been about $50 a night. They did not give us free water in our room and very careful to charge for every little extra they could. The only saving grace of the hotel was Edward, who was a wonderful driver , cook and who knows what else. The garden and pool were lovely, but not so great as to overcome the other deficiencies of the place

Nice Lodge in Victoria falls
stayed for 3 nights in September and was our first stop in Africa, the lodge is set in nice grounds with a bar area which was well stocked , good choice of food for breakfast , the rooms although basic were clean with a nice size bed Best part for me were the staff who very friendly and would do anything you asked , i booked a couple of tours through them and they worked out fine location is a little of out of town so i used the shuttle bus to get around and they would always have someone ready to take you at a few minutes notice

Disappointing Dollars Spent
Although the lodge is tucked away in a quiet setting and had an unique African feel, my wife and I were really unimpressed with this place. Our room was dated and unappealing. The windows had no screens so leaving the windows open let in mosquitoes though the bed did have a mosquito net over it. We used a skeleton key to open our room door. I can not comment on the food because I did not eat there but the food at lodge's restaurant could be purchase at US big city prices - WOW. The staff provided adequate assistance. The lodge was fairly close to Victoria Falls but I felt more comfortable using a cab to get to the falls rather than taking the 20 minute walk. The lodge had it own drivers and they were great. The lodge manager, Wisdom, arranged 5 tours for us which was very helpful. However, I was surprised to learn that the price quote for some of the tours did not include transportation and I felt like Wisdom made of the charges off the top of his head. All in all, my wife and I believe that we could have a booked a better place for the money.

Very expensive
Very expensive for what was a small room and a poor bathroom. Zimbabwe seems to be very bad value for money now that it is aligned to the dollar.
We would like to thank you for your valued comments to our Lodge for it is our endeavor for continuous improvement to exceed our guests expectations, however i would like to apologize for the state of the bathroom ,we have a refurbishment exercise for 2016 which would see our product improved to exceed your expectations, we also are doing a marketing price analysis which should see us aligning our prices to suit our clientele. Very nice lodge.
We stayed here for 2 nights, Wisdom met us at the airport, arranged all the outings and entertainment, if we asked for, transport, it was readily available any time we wanted. Rooms basic but comfortable, excellent bed, we slept like babies. Good food, great staff would highly recommend . Ian & Gill Martin

Pamusha is amazing. The staff are so welcoming and helpful, and it is very obvious that they want you to have a wonderful stay. The room we had was a bit small, they did offer us another room but it did not have a veranda. The food is wonderful, and much better priced than that at the restaurants in Victoria falls. Pamusha also is a bit further from activities, although they provide transfers for $2 pp to town, or $3 pp to the border. It is within walking distance to the bridge (about 1 mile) if you would prefer to save some money. Make sure you take a sunset cruise! Do utilize the staff for activities or recommendations on what to do or where to go as they are all wonderful. We are so pleased that we stayed at pamusha. Remember, this is not a 5* hotel, but for the price I highly doubt you can beat it.

Spectacle grandiose à quelques minutes!
Bon accueil, chambre ordinaire, bon service (payant) de navettes to/from ville et aéroport (très utile vu l'isolement relatif du lodge),bcp d'excursions et activités (assez chères à mon avis), tous les prix sont en USD:l'ensemble m'a paru trop cher "pour ce que c'est!" mais ça doit être général, il faut là aussi relativiser vu la concentration touristique et sans doute la difficulté pour le ZBW d'essayer d'être aux normes pour les infrastructures. Personnel aimable et serviable. Finalement, je recommande!

Loved this place. Staff are so helpful. It's a bit out of town but they're always happy to drop you anywhere and pick up when you call. Rooms are comfortable but bathrooms could do with an upgrade, more than adequate though.

A Wonderful Friendly Staff!
I had such a wonderful experience. The staff were out-going and very friendly. They greeted each guest by name and made sure that you were well taken care of. The food was fresh, tasty and well presented. As an older solo traveller, they took really good care of me and recommended various activities that I should or should not do in Livingston because of my time constraint!

Nice place to stay
The staff were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed staying there and would consider going back if we have another opportunity. Everything is well organised. The ordered food was good. The breakfast could be better, but was not bad. Overall a very good experience
