Essential Stay Details

Two dedicated parking spaces are included in your monthly rental at no additional cost. Most parking spots are made for a standard-size vehicle; please let us know if you have a non-standard vehicle to ensure a proper fit.

A one-time departure cleaning fee of $390 is added at the time of booking. Optional weekly or bi-weekly professional housekeeping services can easily be arranged on an hourly basis based on your needs.

As a Canadian-based company, our baseline rates are listed in CAD. While some international platforms may auto-convert prices to USD, a clear, transparent breakdown showing both currencies will be provided on the final page before you confirm your booking. We accept direct payments from all major credit cards except American Express.

Important Policies and Notes

Effective May 1, 2024, the BC Government has set the minimum stay for rentals in British Columbia at 90 days. If you see the option to book a shorter stay, be aware that some platforms display this to show the breakdown of the monthly rate for this property. We always recommend purchasing comprehensive trip cancellation insurance. Once confirmed, your reservation remains refundable (less a $175 administrative fee) up until 30 days before travel. Within 30 days of travel, the booking becomes 100% nonrefundable. For multi-month stays, no administrative fees are charged for schedule modifications, provided a 30-day written notice of your departure date is submitted in writing.
