Our executive one-bedroom townhouse condo unit is stylish, comfortable and private. We are located at the acclaimed Yates on Yates condo building which is brand new and renowned for its incredible rooftop patio featuring panoramic views of the city! Our inviting space has high ceilings and cozy furnishings. The private patio is located just off of the living room and has a BBQ with a seating area.

The ultra-modern kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking essentials for your extended stay. We have televisions in the living room and bedroom, along with wifi cable. This is a perfect space for those looking for an extended stay. We have a private den area for workspace and an additional desk in the living room, perfect for working executives travelling together!

Our condo is located in the heart of downtown Victoria and is conveniently located near all major amenities. There is a grocery market right across the street with local, fresh produce.
