There is a one-time cleaning fee of $390 added at the time of booking. Optional bi-weekly or weekly cleaning services can also be scheduled on an hourly basis to meet your preferences.

While some international platforms may auto-convert prices to USD, a clear, transparent breakdown showing both currencies will be provided on the final page before you confirm your booking. Effective May 1, 2024, the BC Government has set the minimum stay for rentals in British Columbia at 90 days. We always recommend purchasing comprehensive trip cancellation insurance. Once confirmed, your reservation remains refundable (less a $175 administrative fee) up until 30 days before travel. For multi-month stays, no administrative fees are charged for schedule modifications, provided a 30-day written notice of your departure date is submitted in writing.
