“The interior decor was great. Also, cleanliness and serenity of the place was also nice and the staff were incredible, especially the lady that served us in the restaurant on our first night, I didn’t get the name but she really stood out despite the language barrier, she genuinely wanted us to be satisfied. And the receptionist on duty on Saturday that helped us get French fries with our buffet on request. We had a great time in the hotel generally. Thank you ”

“The hotel is located on one of the best isolated beaches in the area. The water is very clean with rich aquatic life and picturesque rocks. The hotel itself is undermaintained: without any signs, no elevator, but plenty of stairs, some broken and malfunctioning gear. This disadvantage is compensated by very friendly and welcoming staff, which does their best to assist the guests. ”

“On our arrival the manager was extremely rude stating we had not paid, when I showed him our paid confirmation he was still rude, complaining that he hadn't been paid. The bedrooms had no amenties as advertised. Eg no black out curtains (light was on outside all night and curtains were almost clear in colour), safe did not work, single sheets on double beds, no towels. The shared kitchen was absolutely discusting. One small pot and one medium pot, 2 spoons and NO powerpoints that could be...
