“The house worked well for our group. It’s a fun layout and the beds were comfortable. Location was close to the metro, which was convenient. The kitchen could definitely use some bigger pots and pans, especially for cooking for a group. Overall, it did the job for our stay. We would stay there again. ”

“Upon arrival, I noticed the carpet had recently been vacuumed which was nice. The WiFi worked great, and I enjoyed the benefit of having access to a TV with cable in the bedroom. There was hand soap, and even shampoo in the shower if I needed it. The window AC unit in the bedroom worked just fine. Dr. Gibson had stellar communication throughout and was accommodating to a request I had made. Very friendly. “It’s close by to the main things you want to see in DC and street parking was pretty easy. The surrounding area was quiet. The apartment had everything you needed. The check in and check out process is super easy. The host is very responsive and helpful. Had an issue and the host had sent someone out the same day to take care of it. Would definitely recommend. ”

“This property was as advertised - fabulous location for sightseeing. Metro a block away, Safeway a block away too. We are five college friends in our early 70’s and this property worked well for us. The communication with the property owner was consistently excellent, Alec is very responsive and helpful. Beds were nice and firm. Kitchen worked well for our needs.
