  • Bonito apartamento en la mejor ubicación en el centro de la ciudad. Internet rápido. sala de estar. Cocina. Nevera. Calefacción. Toallas. secador de pelo. cama muy cómoda. Dos habitaciones separadas. Ideal para 2-4 personas. Brillante. Amplio. Tranquila.

    Situado en el piso de carga con un ascensor, el apartamento está completamente Llamada con vistas a una calle lateral y un pequeño jardín, por lo tanto es muy tranquilo, a pesar de estar en el medio del animado centro de Viena.

    La cama de diseño es de 220 cm de ancho y por lo tanto ideal se ajusta a dos personas.

    Hay un comedor separado con una mesa de comedor y separar la cocina. La cocina totalmente equipada con nevera le dará la posibilidad de cocinar durante su estadía.

A friend of the host met us, showed us the apartment and was very helpful to answer questions. The apartment is very clean and fairly well located to proximity of our activities. The bus station is very close, the Old Town is not far away and there are little restaurants along the street to grab a bite to eat. We enjoyed our time at this apartment and in Vienna.

We loved the location and the communication we received. Our check in was so smooth. We, unfortunately, visited during the record heatwave. The two fans we had did little to help, but we were thankful for the big windows that opened wide! While we realize it’s an older building with no A/C, more fans or plus in units may be needed as temperatures increase. We would 100% stay here again!

Wonderful Vienna apartment

Spent six weeks traveling around Europe and this was the best place. Spacious, quiet and well located.

The host was in communication right from the start and greeted us upon checkin and showed us the entire apartment. The apartment was spacious and had all the proper amenities. Well located and very close to major transit hub, grocery store, and restaurants.

We enjoyed the apartment and the area. The area is quiet. The apartment has old floors that make noise as you walk around. As a light sleeper it was a "thing" but we did not hear outside noise. The apartment had everything we needed. We were met at the apartment and shown the unit and its amenities.

Beautiful apartment

A very spacious and well decorated apartment. And the location was outstanding - walking distance to the train station and a grocery store and huge market. Celebrated a birthday dinner at Motto Am Fluss which was excellent. Tons to do and see and just a train stop away.

Excellent location. Great food, near naschmart and easy walking distance to public transportation. GoogleMaps is helpful except for walking. As a landmark it is close to the technical college. Communication was great and flexible at booking. Communication could be more frequent 42 to 24 hours prior to occupancy. Quiet, clean would not hesitate to stay again.

4 tolle Tage in Wien

Alles hat perfekt funktioniert. Sehr netter Kontakt im Vorfeld und vor Ort, Check In hat reibungslos funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist wie im Inserat beschrieben, sauber, gemütlich und die Lage ist optimal. Vielen Dank... gerne wieder!! :-)

Great location

This apt. was perfect for exploring the city center and remarkably quiet at night. Plenty of stores and restaurants close by and the kitchen had everything we needed to fix breakfast and pack lunches for our walks. Grateful for the coffee that was provided. We parked in the TU WIPARK just a block away for about $9 a night. Very convenient.

Great apartment in convenient location to the marketplace and the Opera House.

Overall very good. The neighborhood was quiet except. Beware Friday night the music at local restaurant was Loud and went until very late. Otherwise we enjoyed the place. Thank you.

Spacious and clean, close to the opera

The apartment was easy to get in and out of and close to so much. There’s a great coffee shop, Blue Orange just steps away. I loved the shower! Hot water and wonderful shower head. The towels were thick, white and clean. The bed was comfortable by European standards. No A/C but the windows open wide.

Walkable to City Center and Christmas Markets

Eva & Michi were very helpful and attentive. Check in was a breeze. We found the key to the apartment difficult but they came to the rescue in 10 minutes. Apartment was clean and comfortable, all amenities as list - note there is a drying rack, not a machine dryer. There is a laundromat in walking distance and several eateries nearby.

Great Location & Hosts

The apartment is very centrally located and within easy walking distance to all the major attractions. There were also a number of restaurants just outside the apartment building and a small, well stocked grocery store (Billa) less than a block away. Check-in was a breeze. Eva and Michi kept in contact with us throughout our flights and were very accommodating. The apartment has a large bedroom and living room and a good sized kitchen. Fans during a hot spell were a life saver. The apartment is very good value and I will be recommending to our family and friends.

Nice place, very few amenities other than wifi.

We liked the location. It was very hot the days in Vienna and the two fans were not adequate in cooling the apartment. No TV. We were surprised there wnot even paper towels.towels.Also

Great Neighborhood.

The property was great. The washing machine worked better than mine at home. The neighborhood had everything you could ask for. The bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, the elevator did not work for the 3 days we were there. In Europe, the ground floor starts at 0 and we were on the 5th floor. My husband and i are in our late 70s. It was tough going up. I will also repeat advice from another traveller, there is no tv so judge accordingly.

Great location!

The apartment is in a great location…a short walking distance to the Inner City area. We were here in January and when we arrived, the apartment was very hot inside. We were able to turn the heaters down and use the fan and it did cool off. We noticed that a lot of the buildings that we entered were very warm inside! The accommodations were great! The bedroom and living areas are very spacious. The coffee provided was fantastic! It is a quiet neighborhood with great restaurants and grocery options nearby. There is no television, which I did not realize when booking but this was not a big deal as we spent most of our time out exploring the area.

Great location ....

We enjoyed our stay in Vienna and the apartment worked well for us. Check in was fine; we got some information about restaurants and shopping in the immediate area. The location is great and the kitchen allowed us to eat some meals pulled together from the excellent street markets which we found in every district of the city. Although the apartment is very close to the Naschmarkt, there are better markets for shopping further from apartment but easy to get to on the metro or by trolley. While Operngasse is a busy street, the apartment is very quiet. Nice place and location is the strongest positive. The apartment could use a floor lamp ... the only lighting in the living/dining space comes from ceiling lights.
