“What an excellent place to stay for the 3 of us. We were able to clean and grill our catch right outside all in one spot which made it super easy and fun. Having the dock to be able to tie the boat up and fish from was great! Everything we needed was there and easily accessible. Any questions we had were answered right away by our hosts. “Very satisfied with this rental... house was fully stocked with all basic necessities !!! Alots of activities for kids and teenagers.. boat launch a hundred yards down the road with very reasonable prices and they even stored my 24 foot boat trailer for my stay... Nice dock to keep your boat at right off the back deck ...Neighbors (local residents) are very nice and quiet !!! Extremely happy with our stay there ... definitely want to rent this place again !!! Thanks again !!!! ”

“This was our 40th year vacationing at Sylvan Beach. Our first year was at the Oneida and several years since. We have witness many remodels of the property over the year. We enjoy the location and the access to the beach. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is well stocked. Unfortunately, there is a major issue with the upstairs shower leaking into the downstairs bathroom, making the floor dangerous and flooding the light fixture and making it short out. I would recommend that more towel fixtures...
