The hotel didnt recognize our registration as we booked through hotel.com. They didn't give us the room we rented but instead was kind and compensated us an additional room to help with the lost reservation.
The pictures looks nothing like the room I stayed in. There was no TV, room smelt awfully horrible and bathroom had a horrible stitch.
The breakfast ran out due to many Chinese tourists. The kind kitchen lady worked very hard and did the best she can to support us since breakfast food ran out the first day we were there.
You can hear your room neighbors as walls are thin. You can hear the bar and loud music throughout the night. I had a hard time sleeping. I feel that the advertisement through hotels.com did not support and meet what was advertised. Overall, very disappointmented.
