  • Get away from it all at our private hillside retreat. Exclusively powered by green energy - solar electricity and rainwater irrigation. An ecological wonder on an enchanted island.

    Enjoy enchanting, unobstructed views of the Caribbean Sea, eco-friendly simplicity, and island-style outdoor lounging. Perfectly located just a quiet mile from Esperanza, Oreanda offers all the best of Vieques: lounging by the pool, sensational sunsets, incredible hikes to Black Sand Beach, outdoor kitchen with grill, horseback riding nearby. Hop on a bike to Sun Bay or the Malecon, take a morning jog to Playa Grande or grab a good book and unwind. It’s all here: the perfect blend of hospitality, independence and nature therapy.

    Casa Limon features two bedrooms with a queen-size bed in each, an A/C unit installed in each bedroom and fans for keeping cool, two full private baths, relaxing living area with large bookshelf for you to peruse, and full kitchen as well as outdoor dining space and grill. Our 2.5 acre property boasts breathtaking views, tropical trees - frangipani, flamboyan - and colorful bushes - hibiscus, bougainvillea, ixora. This location can't be beat with excellent hiking, only ten minutes to great restaurants and the Bio Bay tour. When you need to get away from it all, this is the place to come.

    The pool is shared with other guests staying on the property (Casita Azul & Casita Verde)

    Amenities include shampoo and conditioner, bath and beach towels, beach chairs and a portable cooler.

    Daily housekeeping and room service are not provided. Courteous attention to the renters’ needs or requests will be provided.

    We are officially running on solar power! Our system is installed with Tesla batteries and the set up is working great. We back up to the grid if needed.

Lovely Place on the hill!

It was a very nice stay, very convenient to Esperanza, but not by walking. As in all Caribbean homes there is always something to freshen up, but nothing substantial. We found lots of great restaurants and beautiful beaches. A must is a jeep.

Excellent location and facilities. Has a small issue with air conditioning in one of the rooms but the owner came out and even had an HVAC technician come out and look. Great communication all around and very responsive.

A week in Paradise

I can’t express how great this property was, we enjoyed the piece and quite, except Nature is noisy at night, but it’s part of the experience. The pool was great and always a great place to cool off after being at the beach. Would recommend this property to anyone. Can’t wait to book it again.

Phenomenal stay

My 15 year old daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights and we loved our time here. It’s conveniently located both close to town but isolated enough to enjoy our own quiet space. The main house is spacious, comfy and had everything we needed including extra bug spray :) We had the property to ourselves as the other two units were unoccupied at the time. The pool was perfect: great size and a perfect respite from a day of snorkeling/ at the beach.

Amazing stay

We loved our stay at Casa Limon This house has modern bathrooms and kitchen (even a small dishwasher), air conditioning in the bedrooms, a beautiful pool with a view of the ocean, and a short drive to beaches. We were given suggestions for places to go, eat, and things to do. They were very prompt in responding to messages. And the house was spotless.

The most relaxing stay

The property and island at large are beautiful, the host and property manager were welcoming and informative, and the kitchen was well-stocked with amenities. We had a lot of rain during our stay, so having such a nice place to call home while on the island was a real plus. I only wish we had stayed longer!

Relax in Vieques

This is our third trip to the island but the first stay here. Joey the manager and Stephanie the owner were prompt with questions. Great location. Ocean view. Pool is a nice touch. Full kitchen was well utilized. The new AC units in the bedroom were a pleasant surprise. Great time all around. We already book for next year.

Perfect property and location

This was our first time to Vieques. The property and location were perfect. We enjoyed the quiet and privacy. We felt it was a convenient location to the beaches and Esperanza. We only went to Isabella twice. Joey the property manager was awesome. He gave a detailed tour of the house and spent time going over points of interest on the map of the island. We highly recommend this property.

Perfect escape

I didn’t think it was possible to enjoy a place without A/C. I was wrong. Tyler made sure we had everything we needed and this place was a perfect way to end our PR vacation. Only wish it had been during a New Moon instead of full moon so we could do the bio bay.

Fantastic place, Tyler was excellent

Incredible views, wonderful inviting home. Tyler was extremely helpful. Many thanks. The location of this home is incredible. Perched on a high pass, overlooking a valley and the ocean, yet at the same time only a short drive to Esperanza, and an easy walk to black sand beach. We were here in December and didn’t miss having air-conditioning whatsoever. Great frog and insect noises at night.. a lot like the peepers we get in spring in Maine.

Unforgettable Trip!

The house was perfect and every bit as beautiful as the pictures. We had a great stay and the property managers were extremely helpful and attentive. I hope we can repeat our stay every year!!!
