Vistas panorámicas al mar y brisas tropicales

Colina de Brisas (Cerro de las Brisas), se encuentra en una colina sobre el pueblo de Isabel Segunda en la isla de Vieques, Puerto Rico. Esta hermosa casa de vacaciones tiene vista al Fuerte de Vieques (El Fortín Conde de Mirasol) con vistas panorámicas del Océano Atlántico, Puerto Rico y la isla de Culebra.

La propiedad se encuentra en casi un acre de tierra con muchas frutas tropicales, árboles y plantas. Hay un área plana en el lado este de la propiedad donde encontrará plantas de aloe, coco, calabaza (calabaza) y pomelos. En el lado oeste de la propiedad encontrará más plantas tropicales, árboles de mango y hamacas escondidas para relajarse a la sombra. Siéntase libre de elegir algunos mangos para acompañar su comida o simplemente relajarse en una de las hamacas.

El salón dispone de TV con reproductor de DVD / VCR. Hay una biblioteca de películas para elegir, así como libros y juegos para disfrutar cuando regrese por la noche. Hay WiFi disponible.

Cada habitación de la casa tiene un ventilador de techo para aprovechar al máximo las brisas tropicales de las laderas.

Colina de Brisas tiene 3 dormitorios y 2 baños completos y tiene capacidad para 7 personas. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y baño privado completo. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen y el tercer dormitorio tiene una cama doble y una de tamaño completo.

Hay una gran cocina totalmente equipada con estufa y estufa, microondas, horno tostador, cafetera y utensilios de cocina necesarios. Siéntase como en casa y pruebe cocinar una verdadera cena puertorriqueña con uno de los libros de cocina.

Ven y disfruta de la terraza, especialmente por las noches, y deja que los vientos alisios te lleven todas tus preocupaciones. Las mesas y los asientos te permiten sentarte y disfrutar de la vista del fuerte por la noche o ver llegar el último ferry desde Puerto Rico. Disfrute de una comida en la terraza o en el patio mientras hace una barbacoa. Escuche toda la vida nocturna y vea si puede escuchar las ranas "co-qui".

Seven of us stayed over for a period of nine days. House was great, Lots of room to hang out and relax in a lush setting. Host was extremely helpful and super easy to communicate with. We will definitely try to return.

We had a great stay at Colina de Brisas. The house is very large and well equipped. The ceiling fans keep the main areas cool, and the air conditioners in each room keep them comfortable at night. The balcony offers great views of Isabelle II and the port. The driveway is very steep, so older people will need a vehicle to enter and leave the property. Overall, a nice place to stay on Vieques.

This property was recommended to me by my brother who stayed a few years ago. We had a wonderful time! The house was very comfortable and clean. There is AC but we never had a need for it. There are tons of windows and cool breezes. The house is nicely decorated, easy to come and go on our day trips, and has a beautiful porch to spend our evenings on. There is a couple of nice bakeries and a market within walking distance. I honestly cannot recommnd the house enough. I would love to go back!

We loved our stay here. Roomy, well equipped house. Super convenient having SUV available, made arrival and departure seamless. Driveway is very steep which prevented two of our group unable to come and go without vehicle, and low water pressure. Positives of this accommodation far outweigh the negatives. We stayed 3 nights and cannot wait to return to this house for a longer stay! Highly recommend.

The house on the hill was fabulous. Spacious and clean. The local fauna(local cats, horses and iguanas) were fun to have around. The kitchen was well appointed and there were many dvd movies to watch if you want on a slow night.

We enjoyed the house and car immensely! The car was especially handy and we’re grateful we could rent it. There were no fresh mangos in the trees or hammocks on the property, but horses stopped by. And huge iguanas, which made it all the more special.

Colina de Brisas is a beautiful house that is perfect for families. The view is beautiful. There is plenty of space. The house had everything we needed for a great trip. I loved how peaceful it was! We would love to stay there again one day.

The unit worked well for our family with three tween to teenage daughters. There were plenty of towels, chairs, and other supplies, including an umbrella and toys, for the beach The drive to beaches was about 12-15 minutes. The house was a short walk into town. Renee was helpful with the check-in process and she quickly responded to all inquiries.

We are family of 7 - 3 kids and 4 adults and this property owner is super friendly and provides you with car. This property is accessible to all the convenience shopping and shops. We have enjoyed our stay there for 3 days, shower water pressure need to be improved other than that this is 5 star with lot of memories

House is really nice for a family vacation. We really enjoyed it. The house was really clean and beds were comfy. Loved the view and the feeling of being surrounded by trees. Loved all the animal visitors. So fun to have iguanas, horses, roosters and cats in the yard. Such a fun experience. Close to the fort. Can walk to get fresh delicious fresh bread in the morning. We all loved the house.

What a wonderful experience staying at Colina de Brisas. The house was plenty equipped for our stay. Upon our arrival, being greeted by wild horses in the marquesina. To the ample kitchen for entertaining and enjoying the daily sunsets over the plentiful onsite fruit trees. Or the very close proximity to everything in Isabela II…the house was lovely and exactly what we needed. My family and I had an amazing time and the accommodations made it convenient and comfortable. Thank you for having us. We enjoyed every moment and hope to be back soon. We recommend this house greatly!

The house was perfect. It is stocked with toys and books that my young children enjoyed. It has beach chairs, toys, snorkel gear. Kitchen is well stocked. Close drive to multiple beaches.

We all agree this is one of our best trips to date - and part of it is because of this house. Such a beautiful view, so much space, awesome kitchen to cook in - we could go on and on. And having the car with the house was wonderful! Renee is a wonderful host! This was a wonderful place to come back to after adventuring during the day. We were able to get a very good feel for island life here - and we loved it! Chickens, horses, beaches - and don't miss out on the Rincon food truck - amazing! We loved Bieke's, but weren't able to dine out as much as we wanted to, so I know there are many other great restaurants. And this house has amazing pans - stainless steel! We really appreciated that:0) Not all places have good cookware:0) And great beach chairs/umbrella. Wonderful place - highly recommended by all of us!

Everything you need to access everything on the island. We left a local map to help get oriented. Loved that the AC worked well. Took us a while to get used to the chickens and dogs in the neighborhood. We would certainly stay here again.

Great property sits above tree canopies. Awesome views of the surrounding areas all the way to the sea. Owner provided everything needed for a excellent beach outing( chairs, coolers, towels, and even some snorkeling gear).
