Tiendas de campaña en Vietnam

“Room was immaculate, staff was incredible. One of the best hotels I have stayed at. The only issue was Expedia stating there were No elevators on the property. It almost made me second guess on staying at this lovely property.”

“La ubicación es extraordinaria y los empleados son muy amables.”

“The overall experience was disappointing, especially considering the luxury price. The air conditioning was not working properly, and the amenities were only average and did not meet the standards I would expect from a luxury establishment. The food was also below expectations, and the chef’s rude attitude further affected the experience. At this price point, I expected a much higher level of comfort, service, and breakfast quality. Unfortunately, the experience did not justify the premium...

“Very clean!! Very pretty”

“Habitación limpia y personal increíble”

“The resort property is very nice. My compliments to the reception staff as they are absolutely excellent. Kind, attentive and highly professional. I was welcomed with great attitudes and smiles. I felt happy upon checking in. There were no issues and they were there to happily help with anything I might want or ask. I received a room upgrade to an ocean view king room and the view was terrific. I highly reccomend a stay at New World Hotel.”

“Muy bonitas las instalaciones, limpio y el personal amable”

“Todo super bien a 5 minutos caminando del centro desayuno muy bueno, el único detalle fue que olía raro”

“A Mixed Stay with Truly Exceptional Service Let me share my full and honest experience at this hotel! First Impressions & Room Comfort Upon arrival, we received a very warm and welcoming reception; the staff here is absolutely wonderful. However, things took a turn when we entered our room. We were quite disappointed to find that the slippers provided had already been used. We called the front desk, and they were very apologetic. They completely understood the hygiene concern, especially...

“Muy buena atención, desayuno”

“I was disappointed with the decor in the room. It looks dated. I wouldn't have thought so since the building itself looks nice and so was the lobby. The one thing I was dissatisfied was the mini refrigerator. It's NOT cold. I thought it was broken so I called the front desk and was informed that their refrigerator only gets a tiny bit cooler than room temperature, however; ours was HOT. I couldn't put my dairy goods in such as milk, yogurt or even my meds cold. I have been traveling for over 30...

“good hotel”

“Superó godas mis expectativas! El hotel tiene una ubicación privilegiada en el centro histórico, muy cerca del río para ver el paso de los botes con luces en la noche. El personal fue muy amable y servicial, quiero mencionar especialmente a las chicas del restaurante que incluso nos explicaron como preparar unas salsas que nos gustaron y nos dieron recetas de los spring rolls. La habitación es muy cómoda, con una gran cama. La decoración estilo vietnamita del hotel es muy agradable. Nos...
