“Lo que no me gusto fue el check-in, tuve que esperar y no estaba muy clara del procedimiento, me dijeron que me sentara el en sofa a esperar. En general el resort esta en buenas condiciones, el buffet del desayuno es buenisimo, el persona super amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Ofrecen un servicio de taxi que por 600 mil dongs te lleva a los puntos turisticos de la isla.”

“Arrived at hotel around 10pm, got the free airport shuttle which was quick and convenient. Check-in was fast and simple, staff quickly made us feel very comfortable and immediately in vacation-mode. Bellhop gave us ride in a golf cart with bags through the beautiful grounds to our room. Stunning. We were hungry and were told they offer 24/7 room service. After some trial and error we found the digital room service menu and were slightly disappointed to find the options limited to only 6 items....

“We had a great time and will definitely come back. I like the conscience of having a laundromat/convenient store literally cross the street was great for my family. I do want to praise all the friendly staff, Especially Long in the breakfast area. We have a vegetarian member in our group and he came and talk to her ensuring she has vegetarian foods.
