"El hotel tiene un servicio excepcional desde que haces la reserva. Están pendientes de todas las necesidades para hacer tu viaje lo más placentero y sin complicaciones. Todo el tiempo tuvimos a una ejecutiva de atención asignada a nuestro viaje, Ngoc, que estuvo pendiente de cada detalle! Todo el personal es extremadamente amable y servicial. Celebramos el cumpleaños de mi hija y tuvieron muchos detalles, decoraron la habitación y llevaron un pastel a la hora del desayuno, un arreglo de flores en nuestro masaje en el spa. El desayuno es absolutamente excepcional. Comida vietnamita y occidental en un extenso buffet. Cafés de especialidad y bebidas incluidas. Las habitaciones muy amplias, camas cómodas y un menú de almohadas. Utilizamos el servicio del SPA, una experiencia 10/10. Todas las instalaciones del hotel y spa son bellísimas. Las piscinas, mucha vegetación, muy buen ambiente. Tienen bicicletas a tu disposición. Nosotras las utilizamos un día para ir al Old Town y fue muy divertido. También utilizamos el bus que lleva a la playa Ang Beach! Recomiendo a todo aquel que quiera hacer de su viaje una experiencia memorable."

"El hotel ya es antiguo, aunque le han dado buen mantenimiento. Un punto menos es que tiene pocos conectores de luz y es complicado cargar varios equipos electrónicos a la vez. Es hotel es grande, está bien ubicado, pero la alberca es pequeña para la cantidad de gente que hay. Alguna veces pareciera balneario. El desayuno es bueno y el personal atento."

"A Mixed Stay with Truly Exceptional Service Let me share my full and honest experience at this hotel! First Impressions & Room Comfort Upon arrival, we received a very warm and welcoming reception; the staff here is absolutely wonderful. However, things took a turn when we entered our room. We were quite disappointed to find that the slippers provided had already been used. We called the front desk, and they were very apologetic. They completely understood the hygiene concern, especially regarding the risk of foot infections from previous guests. Because of this initial mishap, we started our stay rating the hotel a 3 out of 5 at best. To add to that, we booked a "city view" room, but our view was actually of the building's generators 😉. Furthermore, the room above us was incredibly noisy, which was quite frustrating. The Highlight: World-Class Service That being said, the hotel staff and the service team were extraordinary. I would give them a perfect score—and even higher if I could! In my experience staying at luxury hotels around the world for €2,000 a night, I have honestly never encountered a team this dedicated. They are attentive, caring, and deeply invested in helping their guests. Moreover, they accept constructive feedback graciously and know exactly how to rectify any issues.
