“Hotel neuf dans un quartier en devenir. Attention l’hotel n’est pas proche du centre ville mais il bénéficie d’une plage et d’une piscine magnifique.
La chambre est superbe et la literie d’un confort incomparable.
L'accueil était parfait. Nous avons été surclassé et parfaitement bien reçu par Helena la manager du Melia. Elle est très professionnelle et a le sens du service.”
“Minimal bugs and creatures in the room when it's right next to the field. Great job cleaning and tidying up. We stayed during the field clearing season so the burning/smoke kept us indoor for an hour at sunset until the smoke clear. After that, no problem. We used the pool after the smoke is gone. Food was decent, staff were very nice and helpful.”
“The hotel is part of the Hoiana resort complex, connecting to other hotels and resorts in the same property, there's frequent buggy service between the properties. They also offer free shuttle service to Hoi An Ancient town, as well as airport, making the travel arrangements so much more easier. Breakfast buffet has great options and best of all, free pickleball courts for hotel guests. The beach is nice and clean, our room had a nice beach bview from rhe balcony. Overall a great stay and value....

It was too big for just one air conditioner because it took a while for the air conditioner to cool down the room. If you stay in the summer, we suggest a smaller room like the bungalow. Our room also doesn't...
“Clean Rooms. The walls are pretty thin. You can hear doors open and shut well within earshot when they should be muffled from a distance. Overall a good buy. Would consider coming back. ”
