“I have nothing to concern about the hotel and the amenities from the facility. But sometimes when you’re dealing with public, but can’t process everything as a robotic. First time, I was their with my whole family of 5 (2 adults and 10/7/19 months old) they charged 200k VND . Second time, I was there with my 2 oldest. They charged 200k VND just because I have a 7 year old add on.”

I had a balcony room, but balcony was dirty and previously used by smokers, and view from balcony is not overly appealing. Cleanliness is average with quality of linen, curtains, pillows.
