Step into the bright open-plan living area, where a large sectional sofa and comfortable armchairs invite you to unwind after a day of exploring. The wall-mounted TV and WiFi ensure entertainment and connectivity throughout your stay, while the seamless flow into the kitchen creates a welcoming space for spending time together.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, cutlery, and high-quality appliances, making it easy to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a delicious dinner. The breakfast bar provides a casual setting for meals or morning coffee.

The apartment features three comfortable bedrooms, each furnished with a plush double bed and hotel-quality linens to ensure restful nights. The master bedroom benefits from a private en-suite bathroom with a luxurious shower, while the other two bedrooms share a second modern bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. A third guest bathroom, conveniently located near the social area, provides additional comfort and privacy for all guests.

One of the bedrooms offers direct access to a private balcony, where outdoor seating creates the perfect spot to enjoy the serene ocean views and surrounding greenery. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or relaxing at sunset, this peaceful outdoor space is sure to become a favourite part of your stay.

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the balcony and all indoor amenities. Situated on the first floor, the property is accessed via stairs.


We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.


A modern and comfortable apartment in Vila do Conde, ideally located on Avenida do Brasil, just steps from the beach and the beautiful Atlantic coastline. Guests can enjoy long seaside walks, relax on the sandy beaches, and explore the scenic waterfront promenade lined with cafés and restaurants.

The apartment is also close to the historic center of Vila do Conde, where visitors can discover charming streets, the iconic Santa Clara Monastery, the impressive Aqueduct of Vila do Conde, and the picturesque marina. With easy access to Porto and excellent public transport connections, it’s the perfect base for enjoying both a relaxing beach getaway and the cultural attractions of northern Portugal.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Vila do Conde (Metro do Porto – Line B), is approximately a 10-minute drive from the property, providing direct connections to Porto city centre and Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport.

The nearest train station, Portas Fronhas (Metro do Porto – Line B), is approximately a 10-minute drive away and offers convenient access to the surrounding areas.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is approximately a 25–30 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
