“This property is absolutely beautiful, with a running creek that you hear and lush landscape as you look out the front of your pod that is all windows! The pod itself is beautiful as well and so clean, with tiled floors, modern amenities and decor, a fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, stove and sink. You are welcomed with a bottle of wine, fresh water and a snack! The only area that I would say could use a little upgrade would be the mattress. It definitely was ok...

“This home is beautifully decorated and a great highend feel away from home. All of the amenities were great & the home is kept clean. The host was great with communication. My only negative is that the area outside the home has limited dining options other than at small place across the street that closes at 6pm 4 days a week and is more a yummy breakfast or lunch spot (also with kind owners). Also there is no Uber on the island, only Bolt and it's new so it may be hard at times to get drivers...

“The house was well situated and has lots of potential. Our host Claudio was polite, quick to respond, and very helpful. The rooms are a good size, and the house has a good layout. Unfortunately, the beds and pillows were very hard and quite uncomfortable. The outdoor furniture is in need of replacing, the BBQ is rusty and new interior paint would be a good improvement as there is water damage in places and signs of mold in the bathroom and elsewhere. “Our visit to Ponta Delgada was very memorable. Pedro met us at the house for check in and his communication was excellent. “Accomadations were fine however it was an incredibly stressful situation getting my rental. First they wanted copies of all our guest’s passports and due to internet problems I was unable to send copies. I was then able to send names passport number and dates of birth.
