Welcome to Apartment Vicente, where you can experience the unique flavour of Vilanova i la Geltrú and its beautiful seafront and Rambla Principal. This designer apartment is perfectly located on the seafront, just a stone's-throw from the beautiful beaches and town centre where you can soak up the chilled Mediterranean atmosphere and dive into Catalonia's cultural richness in the Barcelona province.



Apartment Vicente is on the sixth floor of a seafront building that has a concierge and elevator. It has been tastefully decorated and offers all the comforts of modern living. Upon entering, the main hallway leads to a spacious open-plan living room / diner with modern colours and textures. A comfortable sofa invites you to relax and enjoy a book or just take in the breath-taking views. There is also a large smart TV where you can watch your favourite programme and a strong internet connection which also allows you to mix a little business with pleasure when required. A thoughtful welcome station greets you, complete with a comprehensive home manual with local insights and personalised recommendations.



The spacious dining area enjoys plenty of natural light and comfortably seats six guests.



The kitchen is dated but clean and well equipped. There is no oven but there is a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machines, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. It has ample worktop space so, whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a gourmet meal, you'll find everything you need.



Come evening, retreat to one of four inviting bedrooms, each offering comfort and cleanliness. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable double bed, spectacular views, built-in wardrobes and fresh bedding. It links directly to one of the bathrooms. The second bedroom also offers a comfortable double bed, two bedside tables and lamps. The two remaining single bedrooms are also comfortable and cosy.



When it’s time to freshen up, choose from two of the thoughtfully equipped bathrooms with bidet, shower and bath which features essential toiletries and fresh towels for your convenience.



As you leave the building you will see the beautiful marina which has beaches on either side. A captivating seafront promenade and elegant main Rambla await together with beautiful sandy beaches. The large indoor market is just a 10-minute walk away where you’ll find the freshest ingredients and a range of local delicacies and, on Friday and Saturday, there are outdoor markets.



Moreover, a mere 10-minute walk to the train station offers easy access to nearby Sitges (a mere 5 minutes away), as well as Barcelona and Tarragona (just 50 minutes away), promising endless adventures in Catalonia's diverse landscapes and vibrant culture.



Water sports enthusiasts will find bliss in nearby facilities offering windsurfing, surfing, and kayaking, while horse riding and mountain hiking await in the scenic surroundings. Alternatively, indulge in jet ski or boat rentals at the stunning Vilanova marina.

Before making your reservation, please note the following to ensure your safety and that of the property:

The main guest must complete a brief verification process.



A credit card pre-authorization of 500€ is required. No funds will be held or charged as long as there is no damage to the apartment. The pre-authorization is automatically canceled 10 days after check-out. A processing fee of 10€ applies, and we use a specialized company called Truvifor this process.



In Catalonia, property owners are legally required to collect information from all guests, including minors, and submit it to the local police within 24 hours of check-in.



All guests aged 17 and overmust pay a tourist tax of 1€ per person per day, up to a maximum of 7€ per person.

When using the air conditioning or heating, make sure all windows are closed. Please turn off the air conditioning / heating when you go out. Please do not set the temperature of the air conditioner below 25 degrees or if you are using the heating, please do not set over 23 degrees.

No smoking in the apartment.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
